NEWLY REMODELED BEACH FRONT CONDO


UPDATE (April 2026): After two years of construction, our "Milestone Structural Inspections" and "Structural Integrity Reserve Studies" are complete. Landscaping has been refreshed and new exterior hall carpet completed thru out our building. New pool furniture on its way!

This newly remodeled condo is on the fourth floor and has a FANTASTIC front row seat to your private beach, ocean and sunsets while sitting on your own balcony. You can hear the ocean waves and on a clear night, the sky is beautiful!

This property is located perfectly on the white sands of Clearwater Beach (Sand Key) in a quiet & secure (gated 24/7 security) area. Lighthouse Towers faces the ocean, which means you're not looking into someone else's unit and no one is looking into yours. Parking is inclusive under cover offering full protection for your vehicle.

We've installed new hurricane windows along with sliding glass doors and condo has been totally remodeled. Kitchen includes quartz, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, pots & pans, a duel coffee maker/Keurig combo, crock pot, instant pot, air fryer and so much more. New tile flooring throughout the condo. The master bedroom has a King size bed and has access to the balcony, a nice bathroom with an oversized walk in shower and deep walk in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and also encompasses its own full bathroom with large shower. This bedroom and the kitchen feature beautiful views of the inter coastal waterway.

We have beach chairs, a beach tent, beach umbrella, miscellaneous beach toys and a new cart making it easy to transport to the beach during your stay. Imagine taking walks on the quiet beach, searching for sea shells or sitting poolside. Soaking up the sun & watching the sunset. Firing up the grill and eating in the shaded shelter by the pool. Playing tennis, shuffleboard or shooting baskets, all within the premises. Maybe just relax & enjoy the hot tub. If you have a rainy day, play some of the games that we have in the unit, put together puzzles or enjoy streaming capabilities on any of the three TV's (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). There's always something to do no matter the weather.

Envision being close enough to the pier yet far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of your own private beach front setting. This is a TWO WEEK minimum rental, however your stay may be extended. HOA application is required along with a $150 fee. Welcome to your dream vacation!

Ted was welcoming and very helpful. The condo is beautiful. It has been redone and looks brand new. Everything you need is there. Sand Key is a great and quiet location. We had a gorgeous view from the living room and master bedroom of the beautiful gulf. We also had a view of the bay from kitchen and secondary bedroom. We were minutes away from great restaurants. We ate our fill of grouper and crab legs. The sunsets were amazing!!! I highly recommend this condo. You won't be disappointed.

This newly remodeled unit is absolutely gorgeous. Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers with modern showerheads. The kitchen is first class with marble counters and stainless steel appliances. And the living room and primary bedroom have sliding doors which open to balconies with unobstructed views of the Gulf. The owner is easy to contact and responsive. We arrived on a Saturday and on Sunday afternoon I noticed the TV screen in the living room was slightly dimmer in the center.I texted the owner late Sunday afternoon. Heresponded immediately to apologize that he would be out of town on Monday but he arrived at the unit at 10:45 Tuesday morning and installed a brand new TV in its place. Extraordinary service!We have already booked another stay.

We had a great time. Nice quiet location, good pubs for food within a 5 minute drive. Cottage was well appointed, nice and clean and warm. All the amenities that we needed for a weeks stay. Wonderful Beachfront

We had a lovely 2 week stay at the Sand Key condo, everything was as described in the listing. Ted was readily available to answer our questions and the condo was well equipped. The beach was amazing and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. The area has excellent shops and restaurants an easy walk of less than a block. It was a very peaceful, quiet location but if you are looking for more activity, Clearwater Beach is right there across a short causeway.

Away from the cold!

Over all, it was very nice. Ted was very good to help us with a few things that these two seniors had tech problems with! Our only dislike was the couches. As neither of us are very tall and the cushions felt a bit unsupported and saggy, we found them rather uncomfortable to sit on. The location was great and we enjoyed our 6 weeks of sun and relaxation

Ted’s condo in the Lighthouse Towers was perfect for our tropical getaway. He provides everything you need to enjoy your day at the beach to the kitchen having updated appliances and even an air fryer that we used quite frequently. Beautiful location

Nice wide balcony (which we were on most of the time). We are shade lovers, so that is just perfect for us. The building faces to the northwest, so there is only sun in the later afternoon (during Dec-Jan). Ted was really helpful and very accessable.

3 weeks in Paradise

This is our 4th time staying at the Lighthouse Towers. Also, our 1st time at this unit. Our information ahead of time that we received from Ted, the owner, made our check in smooth. He was quick to respond to any questions I had. Our blender wasnt working, and we had a new one delevered to us the next day. Ongoing renovations and maintenance of the building made it necessary to close the pool and hottub, but it could not be helped, the workers wonly workered during the week so weekends were quiet. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with small appliances, lots of cooking The linens and beds were vety comfortable in the madter bedroom. A wonderful stay! utensils and a wonderful set of knives!

Construction during our stay.

We did not have any issue with the condo itself. We understand there may be some remodeling in the near future. The amenities were a disappointment. We were not made aware of construction issues before our arrival. The hot tub was unavailable during the entire month. The pool area was unavailable M-F from 8am-5pm because of construction. On some days the construction noise was quite loud. When the pool area was open the pavilion area/furniture was dusty. The 3rd floor community patio was also unavailable. The last week we were there the pool area was totally closed.

We apologize for the hot tub being closed during your stay and we were not aware the pool was closed until you sent us an email letting us know a sign had been posted on the gate (due to remodeling on that side of building - became a safety issue). We take pride in our unit as you can see from past reviews. Unfortunately, during the past several months of exterior remodeling and two hurricanes, there were some issues that arose and were out of our control. In the end, we thought we came to an agreed solution. Again, our apologizes.

Amazing!!!

We had an amazing 2 weeks stay. The owner was above and beyond responsive! He didn’t make fun of us when we asked dumb questions (the laundry is in the kitchen FYI) and he recommended some really great restaurants to us. There are a few games in unit and great entertainment center which provided activities on rainy days. The view of the sunset was amazing. Minimal noise from neighbors. Lots of random amenities which made it easy to make this place home. The pool was great as was the hot tub. A few things I didn’t like; 1. Grills were down the whole time we were there. Literally broke the day we were traveling so it’s not like the owner could have given us notice, but we showed up w a bunch of food to grill. No big deal we made it work. 2. The first 10 days were perfect, but the last 4 a smoker moved into an adjacent unit so 20+ times a day our unit would suddenly fill with nasty cigarette smoke. They’d choke us off the balcony at sunset and interrupt our breakfast. This seems to happen everywhere when there’s shared spaces, so I guess that’s just luck of the draw. (If you smoke, please be courteous of other people; you will continue to find fewer and fewer places that let you smoke if you don’t). 3. We found the security obnoxious as you can’t have your drink next to the pool and that is strictly enforced. I’m sure the collective owners came up with that rule and that’s the way they want it, so it is what it is. Overall we loved it and can’t wait to come back! 5 stars!

Clearwater Beach - Sand Key

Ted gave very prompt responses. We were allowed in our condo a few minutes early upon arrival. The Condo is nice on the Gulf. Atmosphere is relaxing. The beach is not crowded. Unfortunately people smoke on the lanii & when you're a nonsmoker, it spoils relaxing on the lanii. Bonus... in the mornings you can watch sunrise outside of the condo on the east & sunset on lanii on west. This condo has a good selection of cookware, plates, glasses & flatware. Our stay was during hurricane Nicole & we were inside for for the day. We had some water damage & reported it. Ted had a company that day to fix the issue. For a few days we had fans & dehumidifiers running. The carpet will need to be re-tacked. The owners bought us dinner to compensate. Suggestions to improve... Book on how to run TV, general notes about condo like how to turn off the router when the internet goes down etc.... Add a few large glass bowls to use in microwave. The majority of the pans are metal. We cooked at the condo frequently. Ted delivered grill utensils when I mentioned there were none in the condo. This is another example of how accommodating Ted was. Add vent fans in bathrooms. Keurig needed descaling so we purchased vinegar to run thru. We called Keurig & followed their instructions to descale. We couldn't get Keurig cup side of the coffee pot working. We purchased ground coffee & thankfully the coffee pot side Keurig coffee pot worked. Suggestion here is to have clean staff run vinegar thru each time they clean & have bottle of vinegar in cupboard for those renting. Overall it was a good stay.
