Peace & quiet a frendly neighbour

The property needs some maintenance, all the garden needs attention as does the tree at the back of the house ,the branches have pushed the rain gutter out of line also the growth of tree means leaves and dead matter drops daily onto the patio & furniture, we cleaned daily collecting three sacks of debris,In addition the kitchen is poor a family of 4 Would have a problem on the plus side the air con in the kitchen was a bonus shame it did not reach the bedrooms, the peace an quiet is the main plus,we enjoyed our stay with shops a short drive away.

Hello Sir, First of all, thank you for your comments. The tree on the terrace is a linden tree. From June 15th to July 15th, the linden blossoms fall on the terrace. I am aware that for this short period of time, it may cause some inconvenience; however, I do not wish to cut it down because it is a two-hundred-year-old tree, and above all, it provides shade for the terrace all summer. I have never received any comments about the kitchen equipment. I will check and update this for future guests. I am glad you had a pleasant stay. Sincerely,

Sehr schönes Häuschen mit großem Garten, Terrasse und Klimaanlage. Die Stromkosten für die Elektrogeräte werden nach Verbrauch abgerechnet (Achtung Klimaanlage!). Fußläufig gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Häuschen liegt eher einsam, schön für alle die ihre Ruhe haben wollen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Liegen bzw. Liegestühle für den Garten wären ein Plus, die gab es leider nicht.
