Place is 10 minutes away from SM shopping centre and very near to seafood restaurant. It is a quiet place and main gate has security guard 24/7. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets with wifi, aircondition, television and cable chanels.

It is about 30-45 minutes away from Mactan International airport and very accessible if you can want to roam around beach resorts and eat local foods.

Owner is very friendly and accommodating. You can sms or call and will assist you as soon as possible.
