Ideal location…5 minutes from “main street” but you feel like you are in the middle or nowhere. Property is amazing and the home/cabin is very nice and cozy. We fished, played ping pong Nd enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to host a birthday gathering for Grammy! 3 kids under five found the place enchanting; the balconies were excellent and safe places to read, draw and play, where they could watch the deer and the turkeys go by. They also loved the swing and the badminton court. The design allowed kids to sleep and adults to talk into the night and the hot tub affords great Star views. Lake is low (there is a drought in the West y'all), but they still liked rowing about the pond. The location is great for visiting Florissant and it's great fossils, the Dino museum in Woodland Park and the cliff dwellings in Manitou Springs- wonderful spots for little kids. And the kitchen allowed us to have dinner at home, which is key with young ones. Overall, a perfect place to get away and yet have plenty to do.

The property is exceptional; the views are amazing and the fishing was great even in November! As a family of 4 there was so much space that we all could easily relax. It was very secluded but close to town, all major conveniences within 10 minutes! We would absolutely stay here again hope to come back, thank you!

Lay out of the house was perfect for us. We spent 3 days there and enjoyed every minute. Wife found the special make-up remover towels a nice touch. Fire pit was great, we made smores.

Amazing get away!

This place is the bees knees! Close access to some amazing adventures and beautiful sites. The property is privately secluded, peaceful, and has plenty to do for everyone. The hot tub tops off the stay. Prepare to leave refreshed and satisfied.

The most beautiful retreat!

My family and I fell in love with this spacious, beautiful home. We enjoyed the amazing views from all the rooms. The home was so well appointed and geared towards family fun. My boys loved fishing and exploring the property. The hot tub was wonderful at night under the stars.
