Crown Ridge 11 is a beautiful oceanfront Bonaire villa rental is located in Sabadeco and features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The villa accommodates up to six people for a Bonaire getaway you’ll remember for a lifetime.

The Villa
This cosy oceanfront villa is located right on the Caribbean Ocean in the upscale Sabadeco area. The villa has the one-in-a-million location that everyone is looking for. You are steps away from the ocean; jump in and snorkel or dive with our turtles, eagle rays and parrot fish right in front of your villa. Or sit and relax in your double swing chair and sip your wine while waiting for the ‘green flash’!

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen an ample seating inside and outside. All bedrooms and the living room have air-conditioning units. To cool off after sunbathing, you can jump in the pool or use the outside shower.

You are a 10 minute drive from the center of Kralendijk with all its shops and restaurants and Sabadeco is on route to the beautiful scenic Queen’s Highway which runs past fantastic dive sites all the way to the Goto lake and Rincon.

please note: The daily electricity consumption is included up to a fixed maximum number of kWh; additional usage may be charged separately.

This property is amazing! The location was perfect. The interior was spacious with comfortable furniture. The outside area is even better than the pictures. Lots of furniture to lounge. The pool was bigger than expected, very clean, and the water temp was perfect. Can’t beat the view of the water, the sunsets were fantastic, and some of the best snorkeling was just steps down to the ocean. Highly recommend staying here!

This property was actually better than the pictures and descriptions. We absolutely loved it and I didn’t even want to leave once I got there. Everything was perfect- from the cleanliness to the pool and patio to the comfort of the living space to the dive/snorkel location right outside the back gate. Everything.

We had an amazing stay at the Crown Ridge 11. Everything was perfect and the private access for diving at Andrea I was worth its weight in gold. We got in many bonus dives that way. Host was perfect and took care of any minor things we needed. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. We cannot wait to stay again soon.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The hosts were great at communicating before we arrived answering questions about electrical outlets and wifi. They helped us get a great rental car which was waiting for us just steps from the airport exit. They continued to be available throughout our stay to help with anything we needed. Follow the steps leading down from the pool to the coral beach where you will be right in front of the yellow entrance/exit rock for Andrea 1. We shore snorkeled at 7 sites, but Andrea 1 was my favorite. Besides not having to pack up and drive, the reef is just right there at the beach. Beside tons of fish and healthy coral, we saw green turtles, moray and spotted eels, and a huge reef shark.

We had stayed in the house before, and while it may seem a bit dated in some places, it has a quaint charm that we like and the location is still second to none.Value for money is great, and it has all amenities working and in good order.

Villa was perfect for a family gathering! Space for everyone to gather but not crowded. Walk right to the beach for great snorkeling and diving. Property managers were very responsive with recommendations before and during our stay.

Fabulous Bonaire Villa

Property was all that was advertised and more. Location was great, private beach access. Great pool, shaded areas and outdoor furnishings. Interior furnishings were very, good and the beds were wonderfully firm and comfortable.Good BBQ, stove and oven. We woul book again without hesitation.

Great villa and location on Bonaire

The villa was lovely, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool and the view from the backyard were wonderful. The location is convenient to restaurants, a grocery store and dive sites but on a quiet street. An from QVillas was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as described and we absolutely loved it! The house and pool were very clean and the air conditioning units quickly cooled the rooms. The oceanfront access to Andrea 1 was extremely convenient and allowed us to snorkel right in front of the property. The location, although a little outside of town, was easily drivable and close to many restaurants. The property was in a subdivision, however, the layout provided a lot of privacy. The staff with QVillas was very helpful and responded quickly when we had any questions. We would definitely return to this property!

Great place

We love this place. It is a very comfortable home in a great location. It is wonderful to sit on the patio, watch the birds and lizards, and look out at the beautiful ocean and people enjoying the great snorkeling right from the shore. Communication with the property manager is prompt and helpful.

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay! The Villa is well kept, clean and set up nicely for scuba gear. Quiet neighborhood. The Property Manager, Isabel, was very attentive and gave us lots of recommendations. The view is amazing. The property was well stocked. It is not brand new but well maintained.

As Good As It Gets!

Crown Ridge 11 is the perfect villa for anyone who wants a peaceful and private space to relax and enjoy the amazing unobstructed views of the ocean. It is even better if you are divers, it’s set up perfectly to rinse your gear after diving 2 of the best shore dive sites on the island right down your private steps down to the water. I can’t wait to go back!

Nice property, great location.

Very well located property above the Andrea 1 dive sire. Just a short walk down the private steps (with a locking gate) to the dive site which we did about 5 dives at. Great outdoor area with lots of furniture options around the pool or looking over the ocean. We watched the sunset each night. The pool was cleaned twice a week which was nice. Nice comfortable furniture inside.

We've just returned from a stay at Crown Villa 11. Everything is exactly as stated and property management is very helpful. We couldn't have found a better villa for our stay. Ideal rental for diving

This property was a great rental with "as good as it get's" access to diving. The patio and overlook above the Andrea I were well used when we were not diving. In terms of our interaction with the property management, they were a pleasure to work with. They made sure things were going well and took care of things when they did not. I will be returning soon!

Perfect Spot!

This house was everything we were looking for and more for our vacation. We are a 3 person family (1 snorkeler, 2 divers) and with the two dives sites (Andrea 1 2) all we had to do was walk down to the beach from the house steps and we had the reef right there! The house had everything you could need including a pool, outdoor shower, and drying rack. Communication with QVillas was excellent and they responded promptly when we had an issue with the air conditioning. Throughout they were friendly and willing to give us suggestions on local restaurants/food or things to do on the island. Would rent this house again and recommend to anyone.
