The first bedroom has double bed (Queen size); the other two bedrooms have twin beds; two single beds in each room (each 1 meter wide - 2 meters high) designed to be joined and used as double beds, when necessary. The three full bathrooms each have shower cabins. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, fridge, freezer, microwave, juicer, toaster, kettle, coffee makers, utensils, cutlery. The double sofa bed is designed for frequent use. The patio is equipped with table and chairs, sun beds, beach umbrella, BBQ, and shower. The flat is equipped with centralised air conditioning (Cool & Heat), WiFi (fastest available in Italy), television, safe, hair drier, iron and ironing board. The materials, the mattresses, spring boxes and the fabrics are hypoallergenic.
