Newly Renovated 3BR/3BA Seascape Condo - Sleeps up to Seven

The summer 'Treat' you were looking for !!!! This beautifully remodeled, 3 bedroom/ 3 bath villa is in the coveted Lakefront area of Seascape Resort, the closest access point to the beach in the resort. From the moment you step inside you will feel relaxed and at home! It is beautifully appointed in a contemporary chic fashion, from custom flooring to custom furnishings.

This condo features a King suite on the first floor and a huge King Master Bedroom suite on the second floor. A third bedroom on the upper level has a custom bunk bed set which can sleep three. All three bedrooms feature their own private bath. This townhouse can sleep up to seven guests, and there is plenty of space for everyone. Added luxuries include a private balcony off the master suite in addition to a large screened-in patio off the living area, both overlooking the Seascape golf course and Lake Stewart. All bedrooms feature HDTV's and premium linens.

The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with all the conveniences of home. Everything you need from cutlery to coffee pot is there for your use. There is dining space to accommodate all guests. The condo also has a new washer and dryer in the unit.

This unit is but 75 yards to the beach. The resort features five pools that you can use, one being just 25 steps from your door. An 18-hole championship golf course, one of NW Florida's premium tennis facilities, and many restaurants and activities are all located on the 300 acre resort property. Fish in our freshwater lakes and land four and five pound bass (catch and release). Bike throughout the resort or along the beachfront.

Make sure you visit the Silver Sands Factory Center for world class outlet shopping, or the shops at Destin Commons for exclusive boutiques and restaurants.

This is a non-smoking unit and is NOT pet-friendly. We will not rent to anyone under the age of 25, or to vacationing students. During the summer season (Memorial Day weekend to mid-August) the condo rents on a weekly basis only, Saturday to Saturday.

Fantastic condo!

Amazing condo- super clean! Listing was accurate. Condo had everything we needed during our stay- even pool/beach items. Location was perfect- literally a 3 min walk to the beach, right past a pool and a rinse off area too. Steve was a gracious host and very easy to work with. We would stay in this condo again, no questions asked!

Great place great location!

Townhouse was cute and spacious with lots of amenities. The beds were very comfortable! Wife enjoyed pickleball courts and kids loved the pool and playground. Very simple and easy walk to beach access at Whales Tail. Steve was a good host and very accommodating with any of our requests. Would highly recommend!

Nice Winter Escape

We found the condo exactly as described. We (2 of us) spent 2 months with friends joining us for a few days. The condo was very spacious. It was nice that we had our own baths connected to each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is a bit tight for more than 1 cook but it was very well equipped. The location is wonderful - able to walk to the beach, the pools, local restaurants and around the property. The only downside for us, we didn’t find the couch and chairs comfortable (we like firmer furniture). Steve (the property manager) responded to any request immediately.

Our overall stay was great, the condo could have been a little cleaner

We vacationed here during the CV19 pandemic, our vacation was booked since January for June. Steve, the property manager, stayed in constant contact with us the whole time. He offered to allow us to keep our reservation without risk of losing our deposit, even if we decided not to go the day before our trip. He updated me every time there was a change to restrictions and luckily by the time our trip dates arrived we were able to go. Steve was great every step of the way. He put our minds at ease and even gave us some helpful tips for traveling. When we arrived there was some construction going on in the condo below us that apparently stirred up so ants, so in our first morning the kitchen was covered in ants. I called Steve and he came right over to take care of them and then sent an exterminator the next day. While there is a lot of stuff in the kitchen it isn’t very well stocked. We had 6 people in the condo, but only 4 forks. There are no good knives, and all the the appliances were broken in some way. We made do with the things we had available and all in all enjoyed our trip.

Perfect spot for a family getaway—plus baseball!

We stayed at this house in Miramar Beach for my son’s baseball tournament, and it ended up being a great place for the whole family. Even though we were there for baseball, we still had time to enjoy the beach—it’s just a short walk away, which made it easy to sneak in some fun between games.The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for all of us. One unexpected bonus was the lake right behind the house—my son loved fishing there in the afternoons! It was the perfect way for him to wind down after the games.It felt like a real getaway even though we were there for a tournament. We’d definitely stay here again!

clean and close to mirimar beach

we stayed a week and the property had a few minor issues. door hinge needed to be repaired, bathroom faucet was loose (repaired after we left), and door handle fell off, but Steve came immediately on Sunday and fixed them. The condo only provides one trash bag so bring some, so that you don't need to buy something that should be provided in my opinion. The frogs are pretty noisy at night since there is a pond behind the units. The walk is only five minutes to the beach with beach access. Water pressure is good and kitchen is a little tight, but recently renovated. The front door is pretty old though and very dark at night. Kitchen has basic stuff and some utensils are pretty old and rusty scissors for example, so bring specialty cooking stuff if you need them. They do not provide beach towels and you will need laundry detergent. There are some basic beach things like old boogie boards, kids toys, and a cart which we did utilize to help carry things.

A Lovely Stay

Overall, we had a lovely stay. It took a minute for us to warm up to the property, primarily because of a couple of issues right off the bat: some broken hardware (towel rack and tp holder), a broken slat in the blinds, soiled mattress cover on the trundle bed, and the front door with some safety concerns due to deterioration of the door/door frame (though deadbolt and chain lock were intact). All that to say, Steve was incredibly attentive to every concern we had - big or small. He was over and correcting things even before our entire party had arrived. He helped me change out the trundle bedding and returned a second time to install brand new hardware. He also brought over 12 place settings of beautiful new silverware in response to the previous guest's review. My point is that Steve knocked himself out to attend to our every need, and we really appreciated that. I believe he said the front door would be replaced in the near future (so a few fixes that just required more time to correct). The property is older, but the newly renovated areas like the bathrooms and kitchen counter were especially nice! Also, the beds were extremely comfortable, which is always a relief. And the location couldn't be beat. We loved only having a 3-4 minute walk to reach the beach, and also really enjoyed the lakeview from our bedroom and living room. I think there were just a few kinks that were getting straightened out post-remodel, but you can rest assured that Steve is doing everything possible to create a wonderful experience for his guests.
