About this property

Stay in a newly constructed multi-room guest suite with a cityscape view of downtown Atlanta for Super Bowl LIII. The property is located within a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the Mercedes Benz Stadium, GA World Congress Center, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Park and other downtown attractions. Weekly & Monthly offers available for Superbowl guests if desired. Suite had its own private entrance and one off-street parking spot. There is a fullrefridgerator and microwave for use, along with a single shot Kuerig machine. Pets up to 150 lbs are allowed. We have a partially fenced side yard around that can be used, and there are parks and green spaces within a few blocks of the door.

We moved into this property on 2012 and just recently built a large attached garage, this space is the suite above the garage. Its is around 850 SF.

Why they chose this property

You are near the city center and all the great food and fun options, but still have some of the benefits of being in the suburbs, like garage and yard, without breaking the bank. Some areas are still in transition, but we have enjoyed getting to know the long term residents, like our 85 year old neighbor who has lived within a block of her house all her life.
