Luna Sea is a well-appointed, breathtaking beachfront condo located mid-island on beautiful Fort Myers Beach. This 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms second floor unit has been remodeled in February 2025 and is the perfect place for your family’s next vacation. The master bedroom features a king size bed with built in closet, nightstands, and 55" - 4K Smart HDTV. The second bedroom has queen size bed, built in closet, nightstands, and 65" - 4K Smart HDTV. The gourmet kitchen has gorgeous granite counter tops, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, stove/oven, air fryer, instant pot, Keurig duo (pod and carafe) coffeemaker, and microwave. The living room is tastefully decorated with a full-size leather sofa sleeper, 2 leather recliners, 70" - 4K Smart HDTV, coffee and end tables, lamps, fireplace insert for those chilly winter nights. Dining room table sits 4. The lanai accommodates a comfortable patio set overlooking dramatic views of the Gulf of America. Luna Sea is a smoke free zone. Sorry, no pets allowed. Must be at least 23 years old to book this unit. One vehicle per unit is allowed. Sorry, no trailers, boats, RV, or motor homes are allowed on the property.
Condo amenities include heated pool, gas grill, on-site laundry facilities, and beach chairs.
Luna Sea is located directly across from Publix Supermarket making it very convenient to get your groceries. In the same plaza as Publix you will find Snook Bight Marina and Junkanoo. Luna Sea is situated 2.4 miles (10 minutes by car) from Times Square where you can find live entertainment, shops, restaurants, bars, and much more. Fort Myers Beach offers many outdoor activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, bike rentals, golf course, charter fishing, boat rentals, and miniature golf.

Places to explore:
Fort Myers Beach is nature lover’s paradise. With over 400 varieties of seashells, you can spend hours strolling up and down the beach hunting for the perfect souvenir. If you really want to feel one with nature Lovers Key State Park made the 10 Most Romantic Places in Florida according to Coastal Living and Travelers Magazine and it is short 3.8 mile drive from Luna Sea. If seclusion is your thing, then Sanibel and Captiva Islands are short drive away (14.2 miles). If you like gators and birds, the The Bird Rookery Swamp is a great place to visit and only 33.3 miles away. Nature is not for everyone and if you prefer to get a little history during your vacation I recommend checking out the Edison Ford Museum in Fort Myers situated 16.5 miles from Luna Sea. For those who enjoy beer tasting, then make a pit stop at the Fort Myers Brewing Company, voted 2016 Best Large Brewery in Florida. Last but not least, if you enjoy college sports, don’t forget to check out home games at Florida Gulf Coast University only 20.2 miles away.

We found this place to be very clean and well organized. The flatware drawer is conveniently located in the larger drawers under the island which provides for more space in a very convenient idea air fryer blender, and all other necessary appliances are also available for use the Keriug coffee maker is very convenient because you can use pods as well as ground coffee. Overall, the host is extremely helpful and provided information in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

It doesn't get much better than this. The Condo was beautiful. Everything was brand new and super modern. It was also immaculately clean. Right on the beach in a wonderfully manage building that is also super clean. The host was also great to communicate with. We would choose to rent this unit again and watch the sunsets over the gulf. If you are heading to FMB, I would recommend staying at Seaside 204! From the moment you open the door, you are greeted with million dollar views of the gulf! Being located in the middle of FMB, you are close to everything, and yet not overcrowded as the public beaches are. Walking the beach in the morning, to enjoying the sunsets on the lanai, you will love everything about the condo. The only minor adjustment would be to add some additional towels/body wash for renters staying multiple days. Be sure to get to Flippers by the Bay for a great meal! Relax and enjoy!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location was close enough to the places we liked but not too close. The condo is very beautiful with outstanding oceanfront views and so close to the stunning beach with soft white sand. The host was also very easy to work with and friendly. The pool was very nice and close as well. Can't say enough good about it!

The condo is clean and well maintained. The screened in patio area was great for looking out onto the beach. Location is on a quieter area of the beach, which was what we wanted. Publix and 2 restaurants across the street. Pool is heated and a great hang out location, including grills if needed.

This was my friend and my first visit to the West coast. What a lucky choice we made! The unit is beautiful, clean and so well equipped. The balcony is screened making it so enjoyable day or night. The view is spectacular! We enjoyed the sunset every evening. There is a laundry room for your convenience which was great. The pool is beautiful, heated and affords ample seating surrounding. The beach is awesome and was never crowded. We had a couple of questions. The host graciously answered in a timely manner and was so helpful. I highly recommend Seaside 204 for your next vacation. We had a great time. Fort myers beach needs the tourism. The perk is everything is brand new. They are reclaiming sand on the beach still so the water was like a cream of wheat mixture. Condo was great. We would stay there again.

This was the best stocked place we have ever stayed! Enough dishes, cookware, flatware. Even unexpected appliances! The beds were comfortable. We loved the location ! The pool and outdoor grilling facilities were much better than usual! Management was quickly responsive to a problem with the ice maker and it was resolved.

This was my 4th trip to Fort Myers Beach. First time staying at this location. The Seaside property and Luna Sea condo was beautiful! It was everything and more than what was in the description. The screened in patio had beautiful views of the ocean. We enjoy walking the beach, looking for shells, and swimming in the ocean. The host thought of everything, including beach chairs and an umbrella. The living room chairs and beds were very comfy! Fantastic location! The tram pick up was right next to the condo, making easy to get downtown. And there was a grocery store just across the street. My mother and daughter had a fabulous trip.

The location is fantastic and right on the beach. Directly across the street from Publix grocery store. Pool was great and unit was very comfortably furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Luna Sea is located at Seaside Resort in Fort Myers Beach. I have vacationed at Seaside Resort since I was 18 years old with my parents and later with my own family. When the opportunity came to own my own vacation property, I knew it had to be at Seaside Resort. The building is located mid island which means that is close enough to Times Square (it's about 2.5 miles) while being far away enough that you are not in the middle of chaos. The beach is only a few steps away from the building, especially during high tide. You can actually hear the waves with the doors and windows closed. The fact that the building is located literately across from the supermarket is a great plus. Cross over and get your supplies whenever you need. There are many condos in Fort Myers, but Luna Sea @ Seaside is a truly a special place. Also check out my new unit Sea La Vie 1665309.
