Beautiful house, spacious, inserted in a condominium of 10 villas, with garden of 3000m, with 3 bedrooms near Ericeira. The house is located in the Sit Beach (10 minutes from Ericeira). The house sleeps 6 people. Surely you'll love the idyllic location of the house. The house is very well located; modern, very nice and well decorated. The house has 3 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms of which one with bath and the other with shower has a great swimming pool. The living room has cable TV, Internet and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a terrace of 20 square meters with barbecue, overlooking the sea with table and chairs for dining. Nearby you will find several cafes, many restaurants and a supermarket. If you like to surf, this is the ideal home for you. It has some of the best beaches to practice Surf. The West Region is a region with a very mild and pleasant climate. Given the proximity of Lisbon, Sintra, Mafra, Sta Cruz and Obidos among others, it has been much sought after in recent years either by Portuguese tourists or by foreigners. This house is very close to the stage known worldwide for its famous beaches for surfing, as the Praia dos Coxos, Ribeira D'Ilhas, S. Beach Lourenço. Gastronomy is one of the strengths of this area known for its excellent seafood and fresh fish. 30 km from the largest MUSEUM OUTDOOR DINOSAURS, located in Lourinhã.
