Year-round lakefront home on Dodson Creek with a covered boat dock and gentle slope to the lake. Spacious deck and large windows overlook the cove with panoramic views of Norris Lake's emerald green waters. Beach Island Marina is a 6 minute drive from the house which features boat rentals, a boat ramp and a seasonal restaurant often with live music. Easy access from Maynardville Hwy (TN SR 33) - No twisty, windy roads here. 30 minutes north of Knoxville.

Parking capacity is limited to 2 vehicles. We can accommodate extra vehicles and/or boat trailer parking nearby. Please inquire through VRBO messages. Property is tucked back in a cove on a dead end road with no turnaround for a boat trailer. No parties or events allowed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on Norris Lake. This property is perfect in so many ways: quiet cove to safely enjoy the lake, dock for enjoying the lake, kayaks to explore the lake, very close to several marinas to really get out and explore the lake, and conveniently close to a grocery store for provisions. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of lake floats and life jackets and several outside seating areas. We will definitely use this property again when we come back to Norris.

We had such an amazing week at this place! The house is wonderful with beautiful views from every window. We rented a pontoon and enjoyed fishing and boating, and the wonderful weather. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Extended Family 4th of July Long Weekend

We found this property when planning a last minute 4th of July vacation with our new boat. Logan was very helpful in providing information and answering questions to make planning a breeze. Super nice and responsive as well. Property was very nice, clean, and well maintained/updated. Very new looking boat dock in a quiet cove with minimal steps to the water for Norris lake. Kids had a blast swimming from the dock. Our family loved it and we hope to be back soon. Short drive from Beach Island Marina (by boat and car) where it was easy to launch our boat and park truck/trailer. Highly recommend.
