In a secure residence of 5 floors with elevator and swimming pool, this 2 parts of approximately 50m ² equipped for 4 people is located opposite the Port Santa Lucia and his trade, with 500m of the splits of the Park Santa Lucia, and in the vicinity immediate of the centre town and the sandy beaches.

On the raised ground floor, facing South / West with view port and sea, this accommodation is composed of a living room (sofa bed 140x190) giving access to a large corner terrace with garden furniture, a kitchen independent (induction hob 3 burners, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher), a bedroom with 1 bed (160x200) also giving access to the terrace, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. TV, WIFI, Air conditioning, Private parking in the basement, Swimming pool.

* Reduction of 15% during the year from 15 consecutive days reserved (except from 05/07/25 to 23/08/25)

* Different services available to book at the same time as the rental:
- Rental of household linen (sheets with pillowcases and/or towels); price according to number of weeks, Info from the agency
- Baby cot rental: €30/stay

* Water and electricity consumption is billed from October to May according to current rates.

L’appartement est très bien consu, très bien aménagé mais positionné au bord d’un rond point très fréquenté sans double vitrage aux fenêtres ! Quel dommage. Nous avons eu hâte de trouver le calme dans un autre appartement.

Bel appartement et séjour très agréable.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à St Raphaël . L'appartement spacieux , bien aménagé et équipé avec une grande terrasse est situé près du port et de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Sandrine gère l'appartement de manière pro , une belle empathie et de petites attentions sympathiques. Un séjour parfait !

Emplacement idéal par rapport au centre ville ainsi que pour faire de belle ballades à proximité

L'appartement est idéalement situé. Tout les commerces sont à proximité et il est très facile de faire de superbes ballades dans le massif de l'Esterel. Un peu plus loin, l'ile de Saint Honorat au large de Cannes est un petit joyau à découvrir

Bonjour, L appartement est très confortable, spacieux vraiment agréable, cependant il ne faut pas recevoir d'amis pour faire la fête les voisins sont au garde à vous au moindre mouvement ! Quand a la piscine un des .proprietaires fait le gendarme a la piscine la aussi attention nous sommes surveillé de très prêt nous bloque l accès à la piscine en.nous demandant nous numéro de logement ? Pour savoir si nous avions accès à la piscine ! Dommage que le voisinage ne soient pas sympathiques
