This beautiful Catalan style villa of 150 m2 is situated in Ametlla de Mar in the residential area of ​​Calafat, 5 minutes walk from the beaches.
Perched on a rocky promontory, it offers stunning views of the sea and its rocky coasts.
This villa sleeps 10 people. It has 4 bedrooms, all with sea view: upstairs you have a bedroom with bathroom and terrace Solarium (25 m 2).
