Historic, nostalgic stone home, nestled with modern comforts, located in the heart of the city of Atlanta-- befitting for diverse groups—domestic or international as its location offers a variety of activities that are appealing to many. Historic Beecher Hills Community is an active golf and tennis community, part of the Southwest connector Spur trail for the Beltline. It is a very spacious home, whereby large groups can enjoy their rental time with optimal comfort and functionality!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash used dishes. Place used towels in the bathtub and or shower. **Please place all food/ plastiic trashbags in GREEN bin.  Place all loose plastic bottles and recyclable items in the BLUE bin.**
Please make sure both  thermostats ( attic and main) are turned to the OFF position and Fan left on AUTO position.
After securing the premises, please scramble code on the lockbox after closing it. Note:Any lost or missing keys will reqiure lock replacements and cost will be assessed towards your security deposit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
