Pretty small detached house close to that of the owner, in a quiet, landscaped private and closed 300 sqm, terrace (20 m²) with living room of garden, sunbathing and barbecue. Region conducive to the cultural and tourist discoveries (Abbey of the Thoronet, Chartreuse de la Verne...), ideally located in the heart of the Var. Parking in the property. Garden floor: living lounge with Click - Clack for one kitchen. One bedroom with a double bed (140cm), shower wc room. WIFI, DVD player. Electric heating. Can a person without supplement.
