Local tranquilo, apartamento excelente. Limpo, confortável e muito novo. Tem até uma pequena brinquedoteca. Ótimo chuveiro e cozinha com utensílios e um cooktop novo. Camas confortáveis. Só não gostei do estacionamento ser pago, pois não tinha nenhuma informação sobre isso no anúncio.

De forma geral o flat é ótimo, com suas instalações bem conservadas, pessoal da recepção atenciosos, sempre procurando nos auxiliar em tudo. Como estávamos em família de 5 pessoas, passamos alguns apertos com o banheiro pequeno e com a porta que atrapalha abrir e fechar, devia ser de correr. E a localização não agradou porque fica próximo de um bairro com muitos moradores de rua, uma região mais violenta da cidade e nós não sabíamos disso quando fizemos a reserva porque o atrativo foi a região do Jardim Botânico, próximo a PUC, outras referências que não nos leva a imaginar que estaríamos cercados de uma área ruim. Fomos abordados várias vezes por moradores bêbados no portão de saída do flat. Do mais tudo correu bem e nosso passeio foi maravilhoso. Obrigada pela acolhida.

Em geral gostei da estadia. Recepção muito cordial.

Gostei do apartamento, mas acho que precisa de melhorar a limpeza nos detalhes. O assento do banheiro de plástico é muito ruim e desencaixa toda hora. Senti falta de um sofá. De qualquer forma, foi ótimo porque fique a 5 minutos da PUC onde fiz concurso público.
