Independent kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, hob, coffee maker, dishes, raclette) .In the main room a sofa bed (140x190) and a bed BZ (140x190), a room separate with bunk beds (90x190), pillows (60x60), blankets are at your disposal, 2 duvets 140 x200 for bunk beds, and 2 duvets 240X220 for double beds (provide duvet covers for the hygiene of all tenants), bed linen not provided, TV, bathroom with bathtub, independent toilet, balcony.
The household is the responsibility of the tenant. The premises must be returned perfectly clean otherwise, part of the deposit will not be returned.

Winter: ski locker on the ground floor of the building + Sport 2000 shop and restaurant. Start Ski at the feet + big plus: the exit of the building is at the top of the green slope used a lot by the ESF. This track turns into toboggan run in the evening until 19h (a carpet can go up this slope). The pioupiou club is at the foot of this track.
