When we received a message from you that the house was not clean enough we immediately sent another worker. As owner, I was able to reach me for 24 hours a day. You had a phone number from me and for any response via whatss app I helped you directly. And called the gardener every day if you needed anything. Pool was filled within 24 hours for you. Excuses us for the leak in the water supply and have renew the water supply immediately after your departure. We took also an other worker who cleans the house much better. As owner, I will stay 7 weeks in the next period for painting the whole house, doing repairs and correcting everything. We have purchased full-bodied new kitchen supplies from the Netherlands. For this minor inconvenience, I will offer you 3 free days for the next time.
