Enjoy what Austin has to offer but don’t pay Austin's high rental prices and live on the lake! It's a beautiful one-story home with 4 bedrooms: (2) King beds and 1 Queen bed, 1 Full/Full bunkbed, 1 Twin/Twin bunk bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, and 2.5 baths.
The kitchen is open to the living room which is great for entertaining guests or family together. It is perfect for pre & post-wedding. It's fully stocked with clean bath and hand towels. It is about 2,400 SF with a 2-car garage. The spacious family room is open to the fully stocked kitchen and dining room. Great large backyard with a covered patio & seating, a wood-burning fire pit with seating, a trampoline, and a charcoal & gas BBQ grill are great for wine & chill after a long day. The washer and dryer are for your convenience. The home is located on Pflugerville Lake (20 minutes commute to downtown Austin). A walking trail around the lake, swimming pool, and community playscape are nearby. Other flexible rental terms are also available. DirecTV and WIFI are complimentary. There is a trampoline in the backyard and a porta-crib for your personal use. Bath towels are also provided with basic shampoo/conditioners.

This house is huge! Very spacious; accommodating for the amount of people we had. Perfect location. We were there for a wedding in Pflugerville and everything was within a 10-15 minute drive. Right by the lake and has a community pool close by. Would stay here again!

We had 2 families and a total of 7 people stay. Plenty of room for everyone and did feel crowded at any point. Dining room table seats 8 plus room at the island for 3 more.Sleeping arrangements worked out well. All 4 rooms were good size. The master suite was great although the master bed could have been a little softer for my liking.The bonus of the community pool was great! Spent many hours there on our down time. The backyard space was nice! The only negative would be the grilling situation. That could use a deep cleaning. All in all this was a great place to stay and if in the area again would gladly stay here again. 10 out of 10 especially for a larger group.
