Enjoy what Austin has to offer but don’t pay Austin's high rental prices and live on the lake! It's a beautiful one-story home with 4 bedrooms: (2) King beds and 1 Queen bed, 1 Full/Full bunkbed, 1 Twin/Twin bunk bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, and 2.5 baths.
The kitchen is open to the living room which is great for entertaining guests or family together. It is perfect for pre & post-wedding. It's fully stocked with clean bath and hand towels. It is about 2,400 SF with a 2-car garage. The spacious family room is open to the fully stocked kitchen and dining room. Great large backyard with a covered patio & seating, a wood-burning fire pit with seating, a trampoline, and a charcoal & gas BBQ grill are great for wine & chill after a long day. The washer and dryer are for your convenience. The home is located on Pflugerville Lake (20 minutes commute to downtown Austin). A walking trail around the lake, swimming pool, and community playscape are nearby. Other flexible rental terms are also available. DirecTV and WIFI are complimentary. There is a trampoline in the backyard and a porta-crib for your personal use. Bath towels are also provided with basic shampoo/conditioners.

I can’t write a better review. This house was very spacious very clean. It was exactly what they described. Close to walking by the lake in PFLUGERVILLE. We came down for a wedding and this was great for the entire family. I will definitely be looking to rent this property again in the future.

This house is huge! Very spacious; accommodating for the amount of people we had. Perfect location. We were there for a wedding in Pflugerville and everything was within a 10-15 minute drive. Right by the lake and has a community pool close by. Would stay here again!

We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals with our family and extended family over the years, and this was easily one of the best! We were visiting family in Pflugerville and were thrilled to find such a great house only 8 minutes from my aunt.The home was beautiful inside and out, and you could tell a lot of thought and care went into it. It definitely wasn’t one of those rentals that feels like an empty house furnished as cheaply as possible. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and everything else we needed. The bedding was heavy and high quality, and the thick, fully blackout drapes were AMAZING for our kids’ nap time.The A/C had no problem keeping the house comfortable despite the 100 degree Texas heat, which was a huge plus! The common area was spacious and perfect for our family. Check-in and checkout were seamless, and communication was always very quick and responsive. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent Location, has some exterminating needed for ants. Excellent toys for 2-6 year old children. Not so much for older. Needs glass and metal cleaning in the back yard. I can tell they treated outside for ants, but they are still active in the kitchen. The k cup coffee maker doesn't work, but their drip coffee maker works great! If these things are fixed it can be a 5 star experience.

I fell in love with Austin and what it has to offer so I moved down here from Minnesota 18 years ago. Central Austin is a great place to live, learn, and grow your family. It is small enough so you don't have to deal with big cities' problems but big enough to offer all kinds of activities to keep my four (4) boys busy.

Why they chose this property

The home is a very spacious one-story unit conveniently located right on Pflugerville lake. If you walk one complete loop around the lake, then you have accomplished 3.5 miles of lake trail. We just recently added one brand new queen leather sleeper sofa so they can accommodate more sleepers. The open plan of the living/dining room is really equipped for large families where y'all can mix and mingle after a long day of sightseeing or work. If you have a wedding (or any special event) to attend in this area, this is the one because the families/friends can all stay in one house and share all the joy. The ladies don't have to fight for the bathroom because we have three (3) of them to share. We hope that you would enjoy our house.
