Priest Lake Reeder Bay Retreat on 3 Acres 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Sleeps 8

Delightful 2014 cabin with rustic touches, sits back on 3 acres surrounded by fragrant pine trees providing seclusion.This property boasts two large grass lawns for games, and family fun. We provide Bocce Ball, and Cornhole. Sit out on the 14x30 foot covered patio and enjoy the deer strolling through, as you barbecue dinner in the evening. Just off the patio is a large area with a moveable, steel fire pit, plus plenty of wood and camp chairs. Access to hiking trails and snowmobile/orv trails directly from the property. Take a five-minute scenic walk or a one-minute drive to Elkins Resort and beach. Featuring a restaurant, bar, sandy beach, volleyball, kids’ playground, boat launch and many other amenities. Get out, explore and find your favorite Huckleberry Patch!

Our fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, hickory cabinets, under counter lighting and a large pantry for storage. Stainless steel gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with an ice maker and a huge sink with a garbage disposal. Other kitchen amenities include a toaster, blender, coffee maker, crock-pot, electric fry pan, roasting pan, cookware, tableware ,and spices.

The open living room boasts two extremely comfortable reclining couches, a stylish propane fireplace, and large windows with views of the property. A 42 inch flat screen television, basic cable, DVD player, CD player, movies, board games and playing cards are provided, along with excellent cell service and Wifi.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, granite counter top, shower, and a large closet . Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided. Soap and a blow dryer too!
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and a large closet space.
The third bedroom has a double-over-double bunk bed and large closet.
The main bathroom has granite counter-tops, and a bathtub shower combo. Bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes are provided for you. Soap and a blow dryer too!



The Laundry room has a stacking washer and dryer. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

This cabin is equipped with a whole-house generator that turns on automatically if there are any power outages.

Great cabin/great location. Went to Priest Lake for a long weekend of snowmobiling. The cabin was extremely clean and very well stocked. Furnishings are in good condition. Comfortable beds with good linens. All appliances in good condition. All furniture in good condition. Outstanding grounds with plenty of parking and easy access. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing family vacation
If you're looking for a place to spend time with friends or family, look no further. You won't find one better. I can't stress enough how clean and well equipped this house is. We were in town for a wedding and hosted a couple dinners here. This kitchen had everything...I mean everything we needed. The outside entertaining area was awesome.owners were easily accessible with a couple questions we had when booking and check in process was easy. I highly recommend this property.

This cabin exceeded our expectations! We were 8 in total. Fit us perfectly. Beds are really comfortable! Kitchen is well equipped. So relaxing and peaceful. Beach at the resort is amazing. Only 1.5 hrs to Silverwood. Would definitely stay there again:)

Lake Time is the Best Time
We loved this property. Great location just up the road from our favorite Priest Lake beach and a short walk to a great little resort, Elkins. The house itself is very comfortable--good spaces outside and in for relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked and great to cook in.

Our family has a long history of enjoying Priest lake dating back to the 1970's. We have owned and enjoyed our 3 acre park like setting just a couple of minutes walk to Elkins resort and beach since 2001. There are many outdoor attractions that we have enjoyed over the years. We currently reside in Spokane Washington. We have two adult children that have grown up at Priest Lake during the summer months.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property due to it's location on beautiful Priest Lake and the huge variety of places to explore and things to discover. Hiking, biking, snowmobile trails swimming, boating, fishing, hunting, etc are all easily accessed. Snowmobile right from this property and have access to hundreds of miles of groomed trails that lead to huge areas of great mountain riding. Bike or hike right from the property onto some of the areas best biking and hiking trails.

What makes this property unique

Close to everything Priest Lake has to offer and a 3 acre park like setting that is enjoyable during all 4 seasons.
