Apartment of 70 square meters with a bedroom with a double bed of 140 * 190cm, a mezzanine above the living room with two beds of 90 * 190cm, bathroom, separate WC, fitted kitchen, washing machine, terrace, swimming pool and barbecue for pleasant moments with family and / or friends.

In the middle of a Mediterranean garden, 25 minutes from the sea, 20 minutes from Perpignan and 2 hours from Barcelona, this apartment is also 50km from Collioure, near the Cathar castles.

River, climbing, walking or cycling, everything is close by to relax or get busy.
