The condo is located on the top floor, there is Not an elevator. There are 24 steps, but no noisy neighbors to disturb you from above.
Dogs are allowed. Condo Association rule...2 dogs or 1 dog, 45 pounds COMBINED weight max. I will be notified if this rule is not followed.
The quiet beach is across the street—just a short walk from the condo— beach chairs and toys are provided for fun in the sun. After a day in the sand, enjoy a dip in the heated pool, which is right outside the condo adjacent to the private covered parking area with spaces for two vehicles.
The open floor plan offers plenty of comfortable seating for watching a movie on the flat screen TV or enjoying complimentary secure Wi-Fi for all your devices. The living and dining area are both open to the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen has full-sized appliances including refrigerator with ice and water in the door, flat top stove, microwave and dishwasher. The cupboards are stocked with dinnerware, flatware, glass ware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, Keurig coffee maker, blender and toaster. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.
The Main En suite includes a comfy king size bed, oversized walk-in shower, flat screen TV and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. The large guest bathroom has a tub/shower and a fully stocked oversized linen closet.
There is queen sleeper sofa with an added 4" pillow topper in the living room.
Conveniently located to the trolley stop that will take you as far north as Tarpon Springs or down to St. Pete Beach or anywhere in between. You can walk to restaurants, ice cream parlors and a small convenience store. There is a mini golf course close by as well.
