Renovated this year and fully equipped; Satellite TV, unlimited WIFI. Fan, Disabled Access. Shower room with Italian shower. Bedroom decorated in a graphic & colorful theme with LIT 160 * 200, desk, and accordion wardrobe, tilt-and-turn window equipped with mosquito net and shutters ... Comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. table and chairs for 4 people. The kitchen; 4 burners / gas, extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher, oven / grill, microwave, kettle, etc. Table, chairs and deckchairs / sunbathing on the terrace. Barbecue available.

The property is fenced and closed by a gate. Parking inside and also outside the courtyard. Table, chairs and deckchair / sunbathing on the terrace ... Barbecue and ice cubes are waiting for you! You can enjoy vegetables and aromatics in the "vegetable garden of the hosts".

We are a Franco-Croatian couple and we love to discover Dalmatia ... we can suggest outings and activities if you wish ... Baby equipment can be loaned, board games, bikes, outdoor games, pétanque balls, barbecue (on request) ... We will welcome you and give you the keys and remain available during your stay. We speak English, French, Croatian, German.

Presentation of the district

Your rental is by a river (La Matica), it flows in a fertile valley nicknamed "little California", because here everything grows there! Fruit orchards and Vines as far as the eye can see, with the Biokovo hills in the background (we are close to the National Park). 2 grocery stores, a post office, a café-bar and a restaurant punctuate the life of this agro-village.

transport network

The bus shelter is 60 m away, there is a bus to Ploče then direction Makarska, Split or Dubrovnik and to Vgorac for Mostar (every hour) from 15/09 to 15/06. For the summer months; the ideal is to rent a vehicle directly at the airport, for your trips.

Other remarks

Breakfast on request (off season). The price includes tourist tax, Sat tv, Wi-fi, sheets and towels. The price does not include cleaning € 30 (if you do not wish to do so). We can show you around our vines and our market garden produce!
