Chelsea, thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the location. We understand that comfort is important, and while the couch is a new hide-a-bed, we recognize that hide-a-bed mattresses can be different from regular mattresses. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
Regarding the TV, we have replaced the batteries in the remote, and there are extras available in the kitchen drawer for future use.

We have a cabin in Roslyn Ridge and had a family Reunion needing more housing. Found this gem and my Neice & her husband with 2 kids LOVED the property. Centrally located in the ridge close to the pool, lake, trails, etc. Condo is loaded with everything needed and the management team was really great to work with. Easy check in, easy check out. Highly recommend this property.

Nice property tho sleeping arrangements could be better. The sleeper couch is a must for 2 people +. Kitchen is well supplied. We had to rearrange some furniture to make the condo work for us, some heavy pieces. It would also be nice to park right at the condo instead of the parking lot. All in all, it’s fine tho not perfect.

Do not rent this property!
We arrived at check in time to a filthy property. We waited two hours for it to be cleaned.
The bed situation was horrible. The bunk bed situation is awful. This is not a queen bed by any means.
Upon check out we were directed to start the dishwasher and washer. No detergent was available for either.
We would never rent this property again and not suggest it to others.

The home does not provide adequate seating in the living room area. The home says 4 people. We are a 3 person family and it was just not suitable.
This property has access to pool and hot tub. This was written in the home amenities. We love the pool in this neighborhood and one of the reasons we keep going back to this neighborhood. When we went to check into the pool, we provided the address where we were staying per process. They were not going to let us in because the owner is egregiously behind on HOA dues. It was a real disappointment to have to advocate fiercely to use an amenity that was on the home’s description. It is a place we do not recommend.

Major deferred maintenance and poor property management
We arrived at 6:06pm on Friday 5/23. Over the first 23 hrs, we continuously found issues in the unit - including a non-functional carbon monoxide/fire detector, a broken fireplace door, exposed staples on the bunk bed, dead batteries in almost every electronic device, burned out lights, heavy dust throughout, and more. It was abundantly clear that this unit is not maintained by the owner, the maintenance crew, or the property manager. At 4:59pm on 5/24, I reported 13 issues to Vacasa and they promised to send someone that day to address them (less than 24 hours after our arrival). Not only did they not send someone, but they didn't inform me that no one was coming. Then, the next day, no one told me someone was coming, and when they did, they dropped a bag of batteries outside the front door and didn't enter the unit. Not a single issue was addressed during our stay. Over the duration of my stay, I exchanged 41 emails with the team, including comprehensive photos, which should have been taken and reported by the maintenance person that should have been sent to fix the issues. Vacasa claimed that I waited too long to report these issues - which is inaccurate and their expectation that I report them the moment we arrive is unreasonable.I provided photos for each of the issues and screenshots of the extensive test string, and they refunded a meager 50, an unacceptable fraction of the amount we paid for this stay. I'm still waiting to hear from a Vacasa Supervisor.

Upon on arrival to the property it seemed quite quaint. We entered and I began looking for the directions on how to "best use" the property. In our previous stays at vacation rentals someone has always left information for the tv, dishwasher, what to do with garbage, check in/check out process, etc. Nothing was to be found. I then began to cook dinner....much to my dismay, most pots and pans in the cupboards were not clean!!! After dinner I did the dishes but there were no dish towels to dry them with anywhere in the house. We got ready for bed that night and pulled out the sofa sleeper in the living room and there was garbage, popcorn and toys still under the bed....we picked up and put away the toys. Next, we got ready to make the sofa bed and found there were NO blankets to be used for this bed. There were sheets but no blankets. It's a good thing the thermostat was set so high (which by the way, we couldn't adjust the temperature). All of the beds in the bedroom had full linens, but none for the sofa sleeper. My husband attempted to reach the property manager but her phone went to voicemail and it was full so he couldn't even leave a message. The next morning we got ready to head up to the hills to snowmobile ....however, there weren't even enough towels for all of us to have our own after a shower. We booked this property for five people and we got three large bath towels. My husband attempted to reach the property manager again but still a full voicemail. I emailed the vacasa people asking for a call back (still haven't received one).
We finally received a call back from the property manager and they left a bag on the front porch with a few extra towels and two small blankets. We were hoping to use the fireplace as was advertised on the website...but no firewood and no information for usage. I could go on and on...but have probably already said enough to make my point. All in all, a very disappointing stay..... was supposed to be a special weekend for my son's birthday!

We have updated the unit notes to assist our guests in using the thermostat located next to the front door; these instructions are provided in a digital binder emailed our to our guests prior to arrival. We are also working on getting a physical binder in the unit. We have added more dish towels, and there are extra linens in the bedroom closet. The number of towels left is based on the guest count, but we will get some replacements to help bulk up the number. Thank you!

No AC! Don't book in summer
We arrived it was 88° inside the house.
They didn't mention the unit has no AC unit at all.
I sent a message to owner at booking asking if this was resolved (saw previous client said it was broke) they never responded.
We learned it wasn't broke, they never put AC in house.
There was a broken portable fan in house(unusable: missing a blade)
We contacted Vacasa because they're was no way to reach local help, they said local would contact me to help. We received no help.
*Other than it being over priced
* No on-site parking (park around corner on street)
*NO AC
The rest was great, but wouldn't rent again with out AC

This duplex was in a nice neighborhood and it had all (or most) of what the listing stated but it was not well maintained. There was food in the carpet and under the table and there was bedding crumpled in the closet. We also had a problem getting the AC to work. The kitchen was functional but lacking in cooking utensils. Similarly the bed was functional but not very comfortable due to the lack of head room.

Cute and clean with a great little deck with a view of the mountains. Our only trouble came with the discomfort of the couch and mattresses. A fantastic set up for a small family with the bedroom bunk bed . Less fantastic for an adult only weekend getaway.

We loved the outdoor furniture, well equipped kitchen, and different sleeping choices. The large TV was also a bonus as well as the activities center with a pool.
This condo was good for our friends getaway. However, like other reviews state, the bed situation is less than desirable. Mattresses are not comfortable at all and it’s hard sleeping 4 adults there let alone the 5 it states it can hold. Also there’s not enough cozy seating for watching a show and hanging out. Even so, it was pretty nice place. Very small, so you better be comfortable with those you’re staying with and don’t expect any extras. They had just enough. However, they didn’t expect a lot from us as far as checkout goes, and it was reasonably priced. So I guess, you get what you pay for. The complex is very quiet and clean. It was great. And my favorite part of the condo itself was the heated toilet seat!

Cozy retreat
This condo had everything as described in the listing, great layout and amenities. It was a perfect distance to the snowmobiling event I was going to and from restaurants. Some dislikes : coffee pot was dirty, toilet was dirty, had to call VRBO help because I didn’t know how to use the key pad (once I shone my cell phone flash light, I figured it out), there were no instructions on what the wifi was (had to get it off the modem) was no instructions on how to light the fireplace so I totally missed out on that, wrote a message via VRBO and never heard back and lastly, parking was challenging. I knew I couldn’t park in front but I had to ask a neighbor where the guest parking lots were. I recommend providing a map with instructions. Thanks for the opportunity to share some improvement ideas with you!
I love the location and properties here. 3rd time at the complex. Overall, the space was great. A bunch of little thing added up. I would have given 3 1/2 stars, but I rounded up. Nothing major: main bed is super uncomfortable, the couch cushions are shot and super uncomfortable, furnace filter is covered with dangling dust, (so picky) but the way the towels were put out it was if someone used them. They were totally clean, just looked weird. Overall, pretty good. Good for a couple or single. I can’t imagine having my three boys here. Technically it can sleep 6, but that main bed is a full so you better be cozy with your bed mate.

Our stay in this listing was very nice! The place was clean and we had clear directions about everything the house included. The only knock I would say is the pull out couch wasn’t the most comfortable and the bunk bed isn’t very spacious, but I would definitely recommend others to stay there

Has the potential to be great.... but missed the mark.
We've stayed at Rosyln Ridge before and the location was what we expected but unit was lacking. The property manager responded quickly to our request for a trash take out, fresh sheets and a towel (trash was full, found used ones on the floor of the closet and a dirty towel shoved in the bathroom cupboard.) Make sure you bring EVERYTHING you might need for your trip. There were no oven mitts or dish towels, or bathroom bar soap, extra roll of toilet paper or a full roll of paper towels - all the things we usually have come to expect when staying a VRBO/Vacasa. Also, not sure if the owner leaves their things there but it was a little strange that there were slippers in the bedroom closet, a well used toothbrush in the bathroom drawer and some clothes and boots in the front hall closet. Just a few small details and this unit could be 5 star.
