Το θαλάσσιο μας σπίτι βρίσκεται λίγα μόλις μέτρα από τη γνωστή παραλία Φαλάσαρνα δίπλα στα αρχαιολογικά ερείπια ενός από τους παλαιότερους κρητικούς πολιτισμούς. Ολόκληρο το μέγεθος είναι του ακινήτου στο οποίο βρίσκεται περίπου 2.000 τετραγωνικά μέτρα. Ο όμορφος κήπος που περιβάλλει το σπίτι έχει γρασίδι, δέντρα, συκιές, plumeria φυτά, κάκτους και πολλά άλλα. Το ίδιο το σπίτι (50 τετραγωνικών μέτρων) διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με οργανικό διπλό κρεβάτι CocoMat, δύο καναπέδες στην αίθουσα και την πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Ένα ακόμη δωμάτιο προστέθηκε το 2017 προσφέροντας ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και μια μικρή κουζίνα στον ίδιο χώρο και μπάνιο. Ισχυρό wifi είναι διαθέσιμο μέσα και γύρω από το σπίτι. Στην μπροστινή αυλή μπορείτε να φάτε, να χαλαρώσετε, να διαβάσετε ένα βιβλίο, να κάνετε ηλιοθεραπεία, να κάνετε ντους μετά το τρέξιμο και αργά το βράδυ να παρακολουθήσετε το όμορφο ηλιοβασίλεμα .... Ο ήλιος βουτάει στη θάλασσα κάθε βράδυ. Μπορείτε ακόμα να κοιμηθείτε έξω στους πέτρινους καναπέδες ή στην ταλάντευση δίπλα στο μικρό ποτάμι κάτω από δύο τεράστια δέντρα. Πίσω από το σπίτι είναι τα βουνά που μπορείτε να ανεβείτε ή να πηδήσετε με αλεξίπτωτο από τα πετάσματα (parapente). Μπορείτε επίσης να κάνετε αναπνευστήρα μπροστά από το σπίτι (παραλία με βράχια), κανό και τζόκινγκ ή πεζοπορία στο Μπάλο. Κοντά στο σπίτι μας υπάρχει ένα ανοιχτό μπαρ με έναν από τους καλύτερους dj και πολλούς ατέλειωτους μετρητές με μια καθαρή και ροζ αμμουδιά. Στην πίσω αυλή μπορείτε να φάτε σε ένα από τα καλύτερα εστιατόρια με όμορφη πανοραμική θέα ή να επισκεφθείτε την καλύτερη ψαροταβέρνα σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων. Στην ιδιοκτησία, δύο μεγάλες συκιές μπορούν να σας δώσουν φρέσκα φρούτα από τον Αύγουστο μέχρι τον Σεπτέμβριο. Κανείς δεν επισκέπτεται τη Φαλάσαρνα μόνο μία φορά. Θα εκπλαγείτε εντελώς από ολόκληρο το τοπίο ... Και το καλό πιστεύω είναι ότι δεν χρειάζεται να συσκευάσετε τα πράγματα σας και να πάτε σε ένα ξενοδοχείο, ζείτε κάθε στιγμή της ημέρας και της νύχτας στην πιο αγαπητή παραλία.

Our sea house is located just a few meters of the well known Falassarna beach next to the archaeological ruins of one of the oldest Cretan civilizations.
The whole size is of the property in which it is located is about 2.000 square meters. The beautiful garden that surrounds the house has grass, trees, fig-trees, plumeria plants, cactus and many more.
The house itself (50 square meters) has one bedroom with organic CocoMat double bed, two couches in the hall and the kitchen which is fully equipped. One more room was added in 2017 offering a bedroom and small kitchen in the same space and bathroom. Strong wifi is available in and around the house.
At the front yard you can eat, relax, read a book, sunbathe, have a shower after running and late in the evening you can watch the beautiful sunset.... The sun is diving into the sea every evening. You can even sleep outside at the stone couches or the swing next to the small river under two huge trees. Behind the house are mountains you can climb to or jump with parachute from the pentes (parapente). You can also go for snorkeling in front of the house (beach with rocks), canoe and jogging or hiking to Balos.
Near our house is an open bar with one of the best dj's and many many endless meters with a clean and pink sandy beach.
At the back yard you can eat at one of the best restaurants with a beautiful panoramic view or visit the best fish tavern a few meters away.
In the property, two big fig trees can give you fresh fruits from August to September.
No one visits Falassarna only once. You will be totally amazed by the whole scenery... And the good think is that you don't have to pack up your things and go to a hotel, you live every moment of the day and night at the most lovable beach.
