5 minutes walk from the port, the beach, the Citadel and the shops, I offer you in a beautiful residence, on the ground floor with direct access, my 30m² apartment type studio cabin with loggia and large terrace with unobstructed view in the heart of Calvi.
Air-conditioned, fully equipped, clean, functional.
Sea view and mountains. Quiet and easy to access. Close to all shops and the train station. Everything is done on foot. 5 minutes walk from the beach and the citadel and the port.

It includes:
A sofa type BZ convertible bed (140x200cm) for 2 people + a cabin area with 2 bunk beds (90x200cm) + a cot (for a 5th person) + a travel cot with its mattress for baby.

A fully equipped open kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, Moka Italian coffee maker.
A bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and washing machine.

Sheets, sheet covers, pillowcases and towels are not provided.
Possibility of renting them.

Strictly non-smoking apartment.
Pets not allowed.

The beach train between Calvi and Ile Rousse, also known as the "tramway" of the beaches, has a total of 15 stops between these 2 small towns. Possible during the day.
A short trip not to be missed, the route runs along the most beautiful beaches of Balagne and offers sumptuous landscapes, exceptional views of the citadel of Calvi and the sea in the background.

A person welcomes guests on arrival and departure to give you the keys and do the inventory and cleaning.
