The direct Gulf front views are spectacular from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium. The master bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, sliding glass door to balcony and TV, the second bedroom has a queen sleeper sofa, working desk area and a TV. There is a separate breakfast room off the kitchen and the Hallway bathroom has a step-in shower. There is a DVD player in the 2nd bedroom and Washer/Dryer is right in the unit for added convenience. The head on views of the Gulf of Mexico and lush tropical landscaping just below the balcony can be seen from both the living room and the master bedroom. Free long distance to US and Canada and secure Wifi in the condo. The property has both a heated swimming pool and hot tub as well as both gas and charcoal grills for your use. There is a community recreation room on the first floor with Ping Pong and 100's of books in the lending library. This unit has an assigned Undercover Parking space.

Perfect beach stay!

Great experience renting this property…great pictures and descriptions to help us choose where to stay… and hearing/seeing the waves 24/7 was what we were looking for!! A little bit difficult checking in after hours with “different” type of lock in the dark for instructions…but overall great!

The condo was so spacious and nice with lovely tropical decor.

We loved the condo unit! The large balcony view was amazing of the gulf from both the living room and master! We could even see the ocean from the dining and kitchen areas! Love the carpet floors to help cut back on the sandy build up! Lots of well thought out space as well as house amenities away from home! The sliding glass doors in both the living and master bedroom need a handle as they were very difficult to use without a handle. The second office/bedroom tv was difficult to work...we ended up just leaving it on the news which our kids didn't enjoy. The master had a very unsightly stain on the carpet but other than those minor details...we absolutely loved the unit!

Perfectly located

We booked this after Hurricane Ian devastated Fort Myers Beach, where we have been going the last few years. We took a chance in an unfamiliar area and were so happy we did! Indian Shores is in an ideal location, on a beautiful beach. This unit is very dated, but met our requirements. The bonus was that the 2nd bedroom was set up as an office, perfect for my husband who works remotely. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable! The condo could have been cleaner on check in, but we bought some disinfectant wipes and cleaned ourselves. Things to improve… there were no beach towels provided, which I found out before we left home; kind of annoying to take valuable weight in my luggage with towels. A scissor in the kitchen would have been helpful and a starter pack of detergent would have been nice. I needed to ask for a non-stick mat for the shower, as the tub was very slippery; it was delivered immediately. One of the blankets in the closet was extremely dirty… I asked and received a new, clean one, but they did not take the dirty one away. Overall, we had a great 2 weeks and would definitely come back to this building, but probably in another unit.

Beach towels are not provided by the owner but we do offer them for $5 each for the length of your stay. The owner was notified to remove the blanket we replaced. Thank you for allowing us to replace the blanket and bring over a bath mat. We hope to welcome you back again in the future.

There are many better places to stay

Furniture stained and dingy. Second bedroom had a sofa bed with a frame that was bowed and impossible to sleep on. Linens were sparse and thin. Heater stuck at 69 during a cold spell. Awful. Don’t stay here

We received the first phone call from you two days after your check-in when you told us you had mistakenly booked this condo instead of another condo with a different bed in the 2nd bedroom. The bedding in this condo is advertised as a king bed and a sleeper sofa. Sleeper sofas do have thinner mattresses and are normally fine for children, but not always comfortable for adults. By the time you informed us about the heat, we had already upgraded you to a larger, more updated condo at no additional fee to you even though the guest just prior to you gave this condo a 5-star review and noted how comfortable it was. We are glad you were able to enjoy the rest of your stay after the move and wish you had contacted us earlier. Thank you again for staying with us and we look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Beautiful view, nice comfy condo.

The condo was as advertised. The location is excellent with a beautiful view of the gulf and lots of food options near by. There are some minor maintenance issues to address, but we have reserved the condo for next March.

Great Spot to Relax

The property manager was helpful in all respects. The property was clean and located in a great, quiet spot on the golf, well not too far away from places to eat and listen to music.

Great Location

Nice view, great location. I like that the parking is close to the beach so we can leave all our beach gear in the car and not have to lug it up to the room. I only had 2 complaints. The balcony doors don't lock, so we didn't feel very secure leaving valuables. Also, the water softener made a very disturbing noise for a very long time in the middle of the night.
