Quiet cottage near the forest of Orleans, on the edge of the plain next to a farm. Old house tastefully renovated, exposed beams and stones. Orleans, the A10 and the A19 are 15 km away, between the chateaux of the Loire and Paris. On the ground floor, a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area, a bedroom with a 140 bed accessible to disabled people and a bathroom with WC. Upstairs, a bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom with WC. Linens provided. Heating included. Bikes, table tennis table, baby equipment. Above ground pool. 350th deposit on arrival. Optional cleaning 50 €.

Very nice holiday home and welcoming hosts

This is a very nice holiday home which offers anything you need for a nice holiday away from everything. The hosts are very friendly and attentive and can share some great recommendations for visits in the area. The house is situated in a rural area on a farm with a beautiful view over the fields and next to walks in the countryside you can enjoy the heated pool and the table tennis table. It is a nice base to visit the nearby castles in the Loire valley. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Gîte

We had an amazing time in this Gîte. We had 2 young kids (11 and 9) who loved the pool. We were there for harvest season and Jean Michel took our son out on the combine harvester ...... a highlight of the trip for him. The Gîte is lovely - rustic with modern touches and was immaculate. The area is brilliant - plenty of local amenities and a perfect base to explore. Martine and Jean Michel were perfect hosts. We would definitely stay again - thank you for the wonderful memories

Excellent accommodation set in a Stunning peaceful location .

This is the first time we have booked through this company and were quite concerned that it would not be what we expected. We had nothing to worry about , the cottage was of the highest quality with all modern appliances and still had the rustic look with exposed beams .The swimming pool had been cleaned before we arrived and my children spent many hours in there in the sun . Martine and her husband were excellent host and made us feel welcome on our arrival . The holiday was everything we wanted . Local hyper market / restaurant was 5 mins away . Would highly and have recommend this property .. Thank you Martine for a fantastic holiday .

Très agréables vacances à la campagne

Location très agréable et pratique. On a apprécié l'accueil de Martine et Jean-Michel. Nos trois petits enfants de 5 à 12 ans ont beaucoup aimé faire du vélo et du tandem dans la propriété, jouer au ping pong dans une grande remise (il a plu deux jours), s'amuser dans la piscine, se promener dans la cour et avoir un aperçu de la moisson du blé dans la moissonneuse batteuse du propriétaire et le tracteur de son sympathique neveu. C'est aussi un bon point de départ pour la visite des environs.

Perfekt !

Schönes Cottage in ruhiger Umgebung umgeben von Maisfeldern. Martine ist eine super sympathische und freundliche Gastgeberin. Leider kam ich mit meinem Französisch schnell an meine Grenzen. Sonst hätte ich mir noch Tips zu Umgebung geben lassen und mich gerne mehr unterhalten mit ihr. Das Ferienhaus war gut ausgerüstet mit großem Kühlschrank und allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen. Toll war auch der Pool , der beheizt war und den wir immer für uns alleine hatten. Für uns war die Ruhe im Haus gepaart mit Ausflügen zur Olympiade in Paris eine tolle Kombination. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Von uns also 5 Sterne !!!! Klare Empfehlung!!!

Un petit paradis

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le gîte du Moulin Brûlé. Le site est idyllique, nos hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques, le gîte est très joli, agréable, confortable et pratique. Le grand PLUS de cette location est sans aucun doute la piscine, que nous avons grandement appréciée en fin de journée, surtout avec la canicule. Nous avons adoré séjourner chez Martine et nous n'hésiterons pas à retourner chez elle et sa famille!

Excellent séjour dans une région que nous ne connaissons pas. Calme détente, dépaysement. Tout était la, pour un agréable séjour. Seul regret de n'avoir pas eu le temps de faire du vélo. Pourtant, le coin s'y prêtait. Martine nous a bien accueillis et le logement correspond à l'annonce, grande et belle piscine également. Tout était propre et disponible. Nous reviendrons sûrement

Detail errors

To begin I would like to say Martine is friendly and the gite nicely renovated. BUT Firstly the details state languages as French, English and German, Martine does NOT speak a word of English. Secondly the details state that sheets and towels are washed at least sixty degrees, Martine sent me a message giving me directions and telling me that she does NOT supply towels so bring your own. The message also stated that she required on arrival a deposit of 400 Euros payable by cash or cheque so I took my cheque book with me when I went to pay she would NOT accept a cheque and demanded cash! There five beds in the gite but only four chairs at the dining table and comfy seating for four. Yes there is WiFi and a TV with French programs only. The information book is sparse and in French only. We couldn't access the pool or table tennis at the weekend as the owners had gone away and left a large metal gate closed barring our way. The gite is in a very rural area and if you are happy sitting at the front looking at a field and a busy road then fine. Good for a couple or young family but be prepared to travel to see anything and don't bother on a Sunday as everything is closed.

We hebben genoten van de gîte, van de rust, van het zwembad, van de vriendelijke verhuurders, van de streek waar - buiten verwachting - veel te ontdekken is (en waar fietsen prima haalbaar is). Een aanrader!

Accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons passé un super week end du fait des différentes activités (piscine, ping-pong, vélo…). La maison est très bien équipée, tout le nécessaire est présent. Un coin de verdure qui saura vous charmer.

Un paradis pour les enfants

Nous avons passé 3 nuits au gite. Il est pratique, fonctionnel et propre. Nos fils ont adoré les activités proposées : piscine, ping-pong, vélo, molky et pétanque. Les hôtes sont très charmants et très discrets.

Leuke en rustige woning

We zijn slechts een paar dagen op deze plaats geweest, maar het is een prachtiger woning die zéér goed onderhouden is en voorzien van alle gemakken. Heerlijk om 's avonds buiten te eten in de ondergaande zon!!!! Jammer dat het zwembad niet vlak bij de woning lag. Maar al met al een toffe locatie op zo'n 20 km van Orleans en rustig gelegen!
