Design cottage in a former mansion in the historic center of the southern village of vans.
The 160 m2 stone house has 3 bedrooms with Sateen Rochas signs or linen sheets including 2 suites of 26 m2 and 27m2 equipped with relaxing lounges.
Large kitchen fully fitted oak white lead (Magimix Nespresso coffee machine cooker)
 large bright living room overlooking the large terrace of 25 m2 decorated with many plants in pots.

Gite

We zijn gebleven voor 1 nacht en daarbleef het bij algehele indruk slecht niet schoongemaakt veel spinnen webben en als we er vragen over hebben dan. Krijgen we als antwoordt dat dit bij frankrijk hoort.zwembad op de foto is niet daar aanwezig maar vijf minuten lopen en sterk vervuild. Veel zaken in de gite zijn kapot bij binnenkomst wordt er nog snel een lamp grplakt met contact lijm. Bij het verlaten van wc breekt de klink van de deur. Niet sporen van vorige huurders nog zichtbaar in de keuken oude kurken liggen in de la hoort bij frankrijk ook als de kurken nog aan de kurken trekker zitten In de ochtend wordt je op zaterdag om 05.30 uur gewekt door het opzetten van de markt voor je deur. Beetje vroeg wel en eigenaar was vergeten dit te melden. Geen wifi en tv is er wel maar vanwege de povere staat niet aangedaan. Groot kleed in de woonkamer waar je niet op mag lopen omdat het heel duur is. Waarom dan een duur kleed. Kraan in de keuken zit los bijna eraf maar dat hoort bij frankrijk.

ArdĂšche au coeur

IdĂ©alement situĂ©e dans le village des Vans , les commerces sont tous Ă  proximitĂ© .cela permet de n’utiliser la voiture que pour la villĂ©giature:RandonnĂ©es, villages de caractĂšre,PĂȘche , plages pour les enfants ..tout est dans un pĂ©rimĂštre de maximum 30 minutes

Super semaine!

IdĂ©alement situĂ©e au cƓur des Vans, avec ses marchĂ©s, ses petites boutiques et ses restaurants, la maison est trĂšs fonctionnelle et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Nous n'avons mĂȘme pas profitĂ© de la piscine tant les baignades en riviĂšre sont variĂ©es et sympas pour les petits comme les grands !

week-end Les Vans

l'appartement est trĂšs cosy et trĂšs bien situĂ© dans le bourg. la dĂ©coration est trĂšs sympa. grande terrasse trĂšs agrĂ©able mais attention il manque un voire 2 parasols. la terrasse est situĂ©e en plein soleil quasiment toute la journĂ©e. sans parasol il est impossible de manger dehors ou mĂȘme boire l'apĂ©ritif le soir .... Trop chaud. on peut se garer trĂšs facilement Ă  proximitĂ©. De plus, nous sommes partis un week-end de grand beau temps annoncĂ© depuis des jours par la mĂ©tĂ©o et avec une chaleur intense depuis une semaine. Le propriĂ©taire met en avant dans son annonce l'accĂšs Ă  une piscine Ă  2 kms du logement. Quelle dĂ©ception en arrivant le samedi d'apprendre que la piscine n'Ă©tait pas accessible car soi-disant pas mise en eau par le propriĂ©taire. alors que le lendemain il nous a avouĂ© que ses enfants s'y Ă©taient baignĂ©. est-ce normal ? A vous de juger. Dommage pour nous la piscine a vraiment Ă©tĂ© un plus important dans l'annonce de rĂ©servation. donc mĂ©fiez vous si vous comptez vous baigner. renseignez vous avant

Super weekend de mai

Nous avons séjourné chez Xavier durant le week-end. L'appartement sur 3 étages est trÚs agréable, lumineux, meublé avec goût. Les chambres (2 lits king size, et une twin) sont calmes, la cuisine est trÚs bien équipée, la salle de bain est fonctionnel avec du beau linge de bain, La terrasse qui donne sur la grand rue de Les Vans peut facilement accueillir 6 personnes. Samedi matin le marché s'installe dans cette rue, beaucoup d'animation, mais trÚs agréable. Boulangerie juste en dessus, odeur de viennoiseries dés le réveil (merveilleux). Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.
