As our guests, we would like to introduce you to the beautiful beach town community of Englewood, which has still maintained it's small town charm – you will not find any high rises here! Englewood is a wonderful diverse community - the ideal destination both for those seeking a unique and relaxing vacation in contact with nature and for those looking for sun, sea and fun. Our kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Our home presents an open floor plan with ceramic tile through-out. The master bedroom has a large walk in shower and a queen bed. The second and third bedroom share a bathtub/shower. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other 2 twin beds. There is a flat screen TV in the living room. The house has hurricane windows and is built to the highest standards. We have an outside shower at the back of the house, so you can conveniently wash off the sand after a day at the beach. When you return from the beach, relax, unwind or just dream, enjoy and be comfortable on our courtyard or screened-in spacious lanai, Your vacation home is only a 8 minute drive to our pristine Englewood beach. Free tennis and pickle ball courts, children's playground and the local library are all within walking distance. Englewood offers various golf courts, serene nature parks, a year-round heated community pool, kiddy's splash pool, boating, fishing, waterside restaurants for casual and fine dining and so much more. Only a five minute drive away, you will find a state of the art-fitness center which offers pickle ball, table tennis and fitness equipment. You can shop for groceries at Publix, Aldi and Wal Mart, which are all only a few minutes away. In the heart of town on Dearborn Street, you can explore a variety of quaint little shops, specialty restaurants or a wine bistro. Thursdays during season drop by the impressive farmers market with life music, organic food, fresh baked goods and so much more. Horseback riding, kayaking, paddle board and jet ski are just a few more of the fun things to do in Englewood.
