Paradiso is located just a half-block from Rupp Arena. The only thing closer to Rupp is the Hyatt!

Paradiso is a total remodel with the look and feel of reclaimed space intersecting with bold colors, high-end furniture, original art, fantastic lighting, and many unique finishes and comfortable touches to keep you busy discovering them all.

With 2 king bedrooms and 2 baths, there is plenty of room for two couples. An queen air mattress or the comfy sectional can accommodate a fifth or sixth person

The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining with plenty of seating, a romantic getaway, or just spoiling yourself.

Great property and very secure. Plenty of amenities, comfortable areas for lounging and sleeping. Well stocked kitchen. On sight parking was a BIG plus. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!!

This condo is just as nice as it appears in the photos. The rooftop pool and indooor/outdoor seating locations are an added bonus. Multiple restaurants are an easy walk from the property.

We had a girls' trip here for our first stay in Lexington and this place was so over-the-top perfect! Great location to walk to nearby restaurants; beautiful views; in-building parking; and the most AMAZING interior design! We loved, loved, loved this place. And the owner, who was so gracious with all of my stupid questions, was so friendly and kind. Couldn't imagine a better experience!

We went to a concert at the Rupp Center and the condo was an easy 5 minute walk. The condo was clean and loved the fun decor. The condo has two appointed parking spots that are very convenient to the elevators. Great location!
