Southend Beachblock with Ocean Views!! An exceptional value in excellent condition.

4 BR 3.5 Baths with Ocean Views and a BONUS ROOM. An exceptional value in excellent condition. This large, spacy Pleasure Avenue townhome has great views of the water and catches all the sounds of the sea. With great windows for light, a fantastic location, and a BONUS room that doubles as extra sleeping space or an entertainment room, it is an ideal choice for a family vacation. First floor is the bonus room with sofas, a queen size murphy bed (not pictured) and a half bathroom. On the second floor, there's a hall full bathroom, 2 bedrooms each with twin beds and a third bedroom with a queen bed, full bath and deck facing Pleasure Ave. On the third floor is the kitchen, living room and queen bedroom with a full bath.

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

Nice

Very nice home with everything you need to sustain a pleasant stay in Sea Isle City. Close to the ocean is an added bonus for spending those sunny hot days relaxing on the beach.
