A great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, well located property. The view of the beach for whale watching, the proximity to restaurants and the grocery store, and the low key atmosphere all exceeded our expectations. We will return.

The condo was perfect. So clean, beautiful views, calming surroundings. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Loved hanging out in the pools, walking along the beach, and playing pickleball. The construction nearby was a little frustrating but out of everyone’s control. Would definitely love to return!

Good transition

We were transitioning from La Paz to back home. Had a few extra days. It was the perfect location. Close to the airport and couldn’t be closer to the beach. We had everything we needed at the condo. Great place.

Great location, easy everything

We had a great time here. the property has some amazing pools, better than moat resorts, and easy access to the beach. The main grocery store is very close, there are plenty of good restaurants and bars in walking distance. The apartment was very nice, pictures are acetate, and had lots of beach toys and towels and things we were surprised to have on hand. We will be back

Fabulous stay

Gorgeous unit! Was pleasantly surprised to see the renovated unit. Comfortable and spacious. HUGE balcony to enjoy. Tons of towels for bathing and separate sets for the pool and beach. Fabulous location close to lots of shops and grocery store. Definitely will stay here again!

Very Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay in San Jose Del Cabo. The VRBO was exactly as pictured. The place is clean, has a wonderful view and is close to restaurants. We left something behind when we left the property. The property manager helped us get that item back. We can't thank them enough!

Great Condo Location and View

The view from the condo was outstanding and you can’t beat the location. The place could use a little TLC which we addressed with the property management company. Nothing major just some suggestions to improve the experience even more for future guests. We have booked a return stay in November so you know we liked it! 😀

Safe and Clean

This place was beautiful. It had everything we needed. The security was awesome. I felt so safe. Plenty of room the the deck to eat and play cards. The management never answered their phone when we had a few issues. I talked to management in person, but they never resolved the issue.

Spacious, Convenient Condo with Ocean and Pool Views

If you are looking for a waterfront Condo in San Jose, this is a great option. This particular unit is clean, large, stocked with bonus items such as beach towels and olive oil, and in easy walking distance of groceries and many restaurants. The Condo has a lot of pools, a nice gym, security, etc. There is some airport and highway noise when on the (large) porch - the airport noise is unavoidable in this town; other units might have less highway noise if that's a priority.

Lovely

The building and grounds were very well taken care of!! The unit itself was clean and bright but could use some updating. The pillows and sheets were well used and stained and should be replaced. The dishwasher and toaster were broken and although I phoned the manager twice no one ever came to fix them. However Overall I would recommend staying here!

Feb 2024 Stay

The unit was much more impressive that the pictures. Excellent location to grocery shopping and a few restaurants. Easy to Uber to Art Walk. Pools were wonderful and there were always chairs available. Great amenities came with the unit including games and pool floatie. Tennis court and fitness areas were clean and easy to book for tennis or pickle ball. Security was walking often. This is a much larger complex that just one building and a pool. Will be returning in 2025 for longer. Thank you Marco for answering all of my questions.

Great Place

This is a great rental home. Highly recommend. Place is immaculate. Comfortable home. Many of the staples stocked that are needed for a stay......spices, laundry/dishwashing detergent, etc. Very well organized. Detailed instructions on how to use everything in the home. And.....a great game room!
