If there are any guests over the allowed limit we will charge you the entire damage deposit as we could lose our permit to operate as a short term rental and/or be fined. This comfortable vacation home is perfect for your next vacation with a private hot-tub, and beach access. Located in the middle of recreation paradise you will be just minutes from Steven’s pass (30 minutes) and the Bavarian village of Leavenworth (25 minutes) You will not want to miss out on the season’s festivals, wine tasting and German cafes and restaurants. The Wenatchee State Park is just down the road with a long stretch of sandy beach to enjoy or swim and fish in the clear waters. Take a 10 minute drive into Plain and visit the Hardware store and the Just Plain Grocery. Do not let the name fool you this hardware store is filled with gifts, boutique style clothing and has an excellent espresso stand. Only 7 miles away from Fish lake where you can fish of the dock or rent a boat and try your luck on the lake. For the more adventurous there are Ziplines just down the road and the snow park to go snowmobiling, snowshoeing etc.

The main living area presents the perfect place to curl up on the couch and read a good book or if modern entertainment is your style you can turn on the flat-screen TV to watch Netflix in the downstairs den. Free WIFI keeps you connected to business or browsing if you're not ready for a completely unplugged getaway. This house comes with a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Amenities include a coffee maker, dishwasher, waffle maker and blender. On the deck overlooking the Wenatchee river and the surrounding mountains you will find a barbecue and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.
Downstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms one with a queen size bed with a view of the beautiful view of the river and mountains. The bunk bed room has 3 twin size beds, a bunk bed and a trundle bed that slides out. The den includes a privacy, a flat screen TV and a queen size sofa bed. Just down the hall is a large laundry room with another twin-size bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. A spacious deck outside has a covered hot tub that is professionally maintained throughout the year.
