Perfect

Being right on the edge of town and out of season, this was a perfectly peaceful place to stay. A short walk took us to both the heart of town and the serenity of the dunes and vast expanse of beach. Facilities were all available for a complete self contained stay.

Great Location and well equipped apartment - beware unlisted 'charges;

The apartment was good and well equipped. Great location and nice spaces to relax. The beds were very comfortable (note it’s not king size but 2 singles pushed together with single bed bedding ). Unfortunately, there was building work going on directly above us and drilling and hammering woke us at 0800 each morning. It was very loud and impacted our stay. The communication from the host (after accepting our booking) was incredibly poor. The night before we were due to arrive, I was sent a message telling me to give the check in key holder a cleaning fee. I replied straight away explaining that my receipt from Vrbo shows the service charge is already paid. She didn’t respond. Then the night before we were checking out, the host sent another message saying ‘The service charge was ‘Abritel HomeAway’ and I offered you the garage so please pay the amount’. I have no idea what the host meant but none of these ‘charges’ are advertised on the listing and my rental contract with Vrbo clearly shows Taxes and Fees all included. The host had every opportunity to advise of hidden charges before accepting my booking. Why didn’t they? It should be a basic of any rental. To have no clarity on charges is unethical and made me feel very anxious and soured our stay. It seems odd and at a sharp contrast to all the 5 out of 5 reviews for this property which is surprising, but this was my experience.

Appartement très agréable, avec de très belles vues du balcon et de la terrasse. Très bien situé, à proximité de la ville et à 2 pas de la plage. Point très positif l'option garage dans une ville où le stationnement est payant à chaque coin de rue.

Bel appartement traversant, avec vue sur la mer côté salon et une très grande terrasse coté chambre avec une vue sur le centre ville et les dunes vers le sud. La literie est confortable et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, très au calme. On est très rapidement au centre ville et honnêtement, on a tout fait à pieds. (Il ne manque plus qu'une machine à laver le linge.)

Charmant appartement offrant une très belle vue sur la mer d'un balcon/terrasse...Literies et assises confortables...Une autre très grande terrasse se trouve à l'arrière avec tout le confort..Echanges téléphoniques avec Valentine et Maryse sur l' horaire d' arrivée et départ cordiaux et à l' écoute de leurs hotes... Nous avons déjeuné au restaurant Novotel situé face à la location ( réserver...!) prix raisonnable et une très bonne ambiance

Le logement est très bien situé, la terrasse arrière est grande et calme/très agréable, celle de devant permet de profiter de la vue sur la mer. Le logement est maintenu bien propre, mais très bricolé dans tous les coins, et vraiment vieillot / dans son jus, il mériterait grandement d’être totalement rénové. Les meubles sont vétustes et hétéroclites et sans aucune unité, les dalles d’eau sont rafistolées de partout… à cause de cela, on ne s’y est pas senti très bien. En résumé le logement fait le job pour une nuit ou deux (et il n’est pas cher) mais aurait besoin d’être rafraîchi de fond en comble pour être vraiment accueillant.

Appartement atypique. Traversant. Vue superbe mer. 2 balcons. Immeuble propre doté d'un ascenseur. 1 box Parking en supplément. Hôtes très gentils. Peut-être ajouter des rideaux occultants dans la petite chambre car le volet roulant ne descend pas jusqu'en bas.

Week end au Touquet

L'appartement est très bien aménagé. La vue sur mer nous offre des couchés de soleil magnifiques. La literie est confortable. La terrasse spatieuse, à l'abri du vent et ensoleillée est vraiment très appréciable. Nous avons été séduites et espérons revenir le plus vite possible. Nous avons apprécié aussi la communication et la réactivité des personnes qui assurent la gestion de L'appartement.

Grand appartement très lumineux traversant vue mer + dunes

Très bel appartement de famille, très bien meublé et aménagé permettant de passer un agréable séjour. Hors saison (vacances de février), la résidence est très calme et la vue, depuis le balcon face à la mer et la terrasse arrière, immense et donnant sur la ville et les dunes, est merveilleuse. Soleil levant sur la terrasse et coucher de soleil sur les flots le soir. Un endroit où l'on se sent bien et que je relouerai avec plaisir.
