The accommodation consists of 2 + 2 beds (in the sleeping area there are two single beds or 1 double and approachable for the living area there is a sofa bed), bathroom (with toilet, bidet, shower and washbasin), kitchenette and living area. Fabulous outlook!

Small, but clean and well equipped. Nice little garden area to sit out in. Views outstanding. Great location for walks. Cogne only a few minutes away with shops and restaurants and a lovely place to sit and enjoy a beer. We had a very enjoyable few cdays here.

Monolocale accogliente, attrezzato di tutto e pulitissimo con vista mozzafiato sul ghiacciaio. Il giardino adiacente all'ingresso dell'abitazione aggiunge valore all'appartamento. Il proprietario disponibile e premuroso come la sua mamma. Ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Mooie omgeving, maar de advertentie klopt niet met de realiteit

Een klein appartement op de bendenverdieping met slaapplaats voor max. 2 personen. Het sofa-bed waarvan sprake is niet bruikbaar gezien eenmaal dit is uitgeklapt, dit de toegang verspert. Er is dan ook maar 1 slaapkamer in tegenstelling tot wat in de advertentie staat vermeld. Men spreekt over een balkon, maar dat is enkel voor de eerste verdieping, dus behoort niet tot het gehuurde gedeelte. De kleine tuin moet worden gedeeld met huurders van het tweede appartement dat in spiegelbeeld ernaast is. Er staat een parkeerplaats vermeld bij het huis, maar die is niet voor de huurders. De huurders moeten hun wagen op een openbae parkeerplaats achterlaten, als er plaats is tenminste. Er zijn geen andere voorzieningen om de wagen te parkeren. De advertentie is ronduit misleidend en op verschillende vlakken spreekt ze zichzelf tegen. Als wij alles op voorhand hadden geweten, hadden wij dit appartement nooit gehuurd.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein (wenn man das Schlafsofa ausklappt kommt man kaum zur Tür rein) aber da wir tagsüber die ganze Zeit unterwegs waren, hat uns das nicht gestört. Es ist alles total liebevoll eingerichtet und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Sie haben sogar von sich aus angeboten in der Apotheke angerufen um etwas zu klären. Sehr hilfsbereit und nett!

Appartement très propre et bien équipé dans une très belle maison (la plus jolie du village selon moi) avec vue sur les montagnes environnantes. Draps et serviettes à disposition. Propriétaire tres accueillant. Joli village, avec une belle vue sur Cogne, épicerie à 3 minutes à pied, pratique.

très bel emplacement pour visiter le massif

Belle vue du jardinet devant l'appartement, exposition plein Ouest, et superbe vue quelques à quelques10 aines de mètres au dessus du village. Très belles randonnées qui démarrent de Gimillan, mais aussi de Valnontey et Lillaz. Appartement propre et entretenu. Claudio s'est montré souple sur les horaires (tunnel du montblanc fermé le jour de l'arrivée) et arrangeant

séjour que nous recommandons pour la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Claudio ; bel appartement typique de montagne environnement calme avec une très belle vue. Navette gratuite très proche, un restau à proximité ainsi qu'un petit commerce alimentaire avec des gens serviables. pour ne rien gâcher 1 rapport qualité prix intéressant. très bon souvenir. Vacanza stupenda ..... da ritornare sicuramente !

Delizioso e tranquillissimo appartamento con una vista che non si dimentica facilmente. L' appartamento pulitissimo e confortevole è l'ideale per passare una piacevolissima vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità e dello stare bene . Claudio, il titolare, è una persona squisita, disponibile e sempre pronto ad ogni richiesta. Sicuramente da ritornare !!!
