Rio Blessings is a newly built (2017) home in the Tierra Linda Subdivision, located minutes from the House Pasture music venue, The Frio Valley Ranch Golf Course and the Frio River. This spacious 3300 sq. ft. home offers an open floor plan kitchen, dining and living area with vaulted ceilings. 5 Bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and private baths, will accommodate 27 guests. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless appliances (including Microwave, Dishwasher, French Door Refrigerator with Ice Maker, and range). Coffee Pots, blender, toaster, large electric griddle, slow cooker, large tea dispenser, pots, pans, dished and utensils are all there! A washer and dryer, 3 large flat screen TVs with satellite and Wi-Fi add to your enjoyment and comfort.

Outside you will enjoy the SE Breeze and views of the hills from a large, covered porch and cabana area that overlooks the private pool and heated spa. This area is fenced and well-lit for security and nighttime enjoyment. The outdoor kitchen features a full-sized refrigerator, plenty of counter space, sink, bar with stools, 2 round tables with chairs for dining and games and a large flat screen TV (Satellite). This home is protected by outdoor surveillance cameras. Also provided in this area is a BBQ pit with smoker, a fire pit, and a half bath. Tetherball, horseshoe and washer pits add to the fun.

All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.

For your convenience, bed linens will be provided, and your beds will be made upon your arrival. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. We advise you bring additional for your stay.
