Recently remodeled ground floor 2 bedroom 1 1/4 bath condo in the Northwest Phoenix Metro, close to the Cardinals Stadium and Peoria Sports Complex. Made plush and special for your stay, so many items are new and upgraded...top load laundry, full size fridge with icemaker, coffeemaker for Keurig or fresh grounds, high pull-down kitchen faucet, new Kitchenaid mixer, LED lighting/ fixtures, large flat screen TVs , new shower, upgraded flooring, pillowtop mattresses, some built-in night lights, and more. Internet and cable for your entertainment. Hospital and grocery store across the street, plus restaurants, fast food, major banks nearby. Short drive to Arrowhead Mall for even more entertainment and dining/shopping. Biking or walking path (dry canal) behind the complex that goes for miles, and many nearby city parks for walking/ hiking as well. Many golf courses in the Valley of the Sun, plus a fun driving range (Topgolf) 11 miles away. The complex features a heated pool, community clubhouse with billiards table, and small exercise room. There is always scenic Sedona. the Grand Canyon, Kartchner Caverns, Saguaro National Park, Petrified Forest, Meteor Crater, mining towns, and (small) geode pickup, plus so much more! A 2 hour drive to Flagstaff takes you from our 1200 feet up to 7000 feet for quite a scenery and weather change . Beautiful Sedona, Prescott, and Payson are shorter drives than that but still in the mountains that surround the Valley of the Sun.

This was our 7th year in a VRBO property. Kirk, the owner, really put effort and time into making the condo very comfortable. Things like nice TVs, comfortable beds, nice appliances, sharp knives and coffee really make a difference. Overall, this was the best supplied and most comfortable property that we have rented through VRBO.

Owner met us on arrival and walked us through the condo and complex. Explained rules. Very helpful with local information, shopping, biking, hiking areas. Answered calls immediately if we had questions. This condo was the best equipped we have ever stayed at as far as kitchen utensils , cleaning necessities. Owner was very friendly. Would definitely stay again!!!

Condo was clean, supplied with everything needed, plus a grocery store within walking distance. Top of the line appliances and cookware. Quiet area. Enjoyed the pool and clubhouse. Kirk, the owner is a terrific guy. Friendly and helpful.

It was just as pictured. Very clean,plenty of towels. The owner/host was SO nice. Met us there to show us everything. There was coffee for our stay. He even bought some eggs. Cheese and muffins for us. Pool and hot tub were nice also. Definitely would recommend a stay

The property is lovely we enjoyed our stay. It is a 20 minute Uber ride to the cardinal stadium just for anyone that needs to know. For us this was not a problem it was nice to get away from the west gate area. Owner is wonderful

Great condo. Really well equipped kitchen and condo in general. Kirk was great, really communicative and also thoughtful. He got groceries for us because we were arriving Christmas Day. The location is close to lots of places but also quiet. Beds were comfy and had nice linens. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Kirk was awesome!

Kirk greeted us with chocolates and let us check in early. He provided coupons and suggestions for our stay. The fridge was stocked with almost everything we needed and the condo was spotless. I would recommend this place to anyone!

My First Hosted experiance was beyond expectation

This was the first time we decided to try a hosted property instead of a hotel. We were in Phoenix for the Packers Game and I needed a place I could prepare food for our planned hosted tailgate. I couldn't be more pleased with the Host or the accommodation. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook any type of meal. there is even a Kitchen aid mixer, blender and large Crock pot. There is a new induction stove and a french door Fridge/Freezer. there are also new large capacity Washer and Dryers and he stocks the soap and softeners. There was never anything we needed that the condo did not have. The location is quite and in a good area. We were only an easy 20 min from the stadium and most of the places in phoenix we visited during our 4 night stay. The bed was very comfortable and I like that there were two sinks so my wife and I were not competing for space. Kirk is an outstanding host. He contacted me very shortly after purchased the rental and answered promptly whenever I had a question. He had laid out coupons for restaurants and stores in the area. There is a Fry's Grocery and pharmacy very near. He was always accommodating and friendly. Kirk in short is a five star host and we will definitely will be renting from Kirk on our next extended trip to the Phoenix area.

Everything a Home Away From Home Should Be

Kirk's place has been stocked with every necessity. The condo has excellent upgrades and sits in a quiet community close to grocery stores, restaurants, and local shopping. Kirk is an excellent host and will accommodate your needs and communicate in a timely fashion. We enjoyed our extended time in his place - no doubt you will too!

Great value condo

We enjoyed our stay here. It isn't a luxury condo, but the place was supplied better than anywhere we've stayed and all the appliances seemed to be brand new. There is great value in this condo and I would stay again on a return visit.

Perfect VRBO option for small family

We had an excellent and EASY stay at Kirk’s condo. There was just enough extra space for the kids to stretch their legs and sleep separately from us (compared to a tiny hotel) at a comparative price point. Super clean, extremely comfy beds/bedding/extra blankets. I was ecstatic there was a large fan in the bedroom for easy sleeping. Also DOUBLE vanity so space for His & Hers toiletries. Large motion-activated walk in closet made for easy luggage storage. Multiple tvs, washer dryers too. The eat-in kitchen had new appliances, stocked cabinets and Kirk saved a few local coupons so we could eat in the area at a discounted rate. Cozy living area, nice outside front patio for eating breakfast in fresh Arizona sunshine. Highly recommended VRBO! Zero complaints.
