The ★ Oleander ★ maisonette, our cozy home (90 m²) is modern, independent, located in Parasporos, 2.5 km from Adamas, the port of Milos and 5 km from the airport. The ground floor includes a large living room - dining room with 1 sofa bed, TV and A / C, a fully equipped kitchen and a wc. The floor includes 2 bedrooms with A / C and a large bathroom with wc. The house also features 2 large verandas with panoramic views and private parking.

The house is a maisonette, ideal for families or friends. It is surrounded by a large courtyard with plenty of parking space. It has 2 terraces with panoramic views of the countryside, the sea and the bay of Adamas. The nearest southern beach (Papikinou) is 1 km away and the famous Sarakiniko is 3 km away. Adamas shopping center (shops, supermarkets, bars, banks, car rental, etc.) is 2 km away. Its area is ideal for traveling around the island. In front of the house there is a restaurant and a bus stop, but we suggest renting a vehicle to enjoy the island to the fullest extent and to visit all beaches and interesting places. Our family, living in the same yard, will be at your disposal for information and assistance. The maisonette ★ Oleander ★ has all the comforts for a pleasant holiday.

To ensure the safety of our guests, enchanced cleaning and disinfection procedures are followed in combination with a 24-hour waiting period between each reservation. In addition, hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap products are offered. According to the WHO, regular handwashing with soap is recommended for at least 20 seconds.

Our holiday (one week) in Milos has been perfect and beyond our expectations. Petros (home owner) and his wife were really great in relation at home, informations, suggestions, help for every our need. House equipped with everything (also Nespresso coffe machine for the "italian coffe lovers")! ; high level of cleaning; wonderful view; very quiet and peace. Lovely property, fantastic views out to sea. Car rental advised.

Spacious and clean property, great veranda with views out to sea perfect for refreshing drink at dusk. Accessible by bus or by 30 min walk to town through countryside, you should probably rent a car.

Parfait! La maison est spacieuse, dans un état impeccable, très propre. Tout est à sa place, il ne manque rien pour une famille. Excellente situation au calme avec vue imprenable sur toute la baie. On peut y vivre dedans et dehors elle dispose de 4 terrasses,une pour chaque moment de la journée. Cerise sur le gâteau les propriétaires sont adorables, attentionnés et discrets. This property was a Gem. Perfect location in Milos. 5 min drive from the port My family loved this house. We stayed 6 night and the owners were trying so much to make everything perfect. We wanted to spend some quite quality time and this house was all we needed. All you need is a the Sea view from your patio or the bedroom window and life is good. The house is spotless and very well kept with everything you need already inside. If we come back to Milos this place will be again our choosen one.

A Fantastic location on Milos.

2 adults, 2 children. This was a really perfect location. It is only a few minutes drive uphill outside Adamas . This means you get peace within a large property and garden with spectacular views over Adamas, Bay of Adamatas and the mountains of West Milos. The sunset over Plaka each evening from the terrace was a genuine highlight. The welcome from the owners is first class and the property was cleaned for us several times during our 10 day stay. The property is spotless and is fully equipped with all mod cons, including washine machine, toilet paper and a host of other cleaning materials you normally need to buy on day one at other properties. The Alevromylos restaurant is across the road and it is definitely worth visiting. The beds are very comfortable and each room has a powerful and functioning air conditiining unit. The lounge, master bedroom and bathroom have large outside sitting areas. Even the second bedroon has a small balcony. You will live on the lounge balcony because of the view. There is a digital TV showing Greek channels, but you are probably not here to watch TV. It has HDMI input. There is broadband wifi in the property running at 1.5-2.0Mbps. The property is well located for the beaches in the North and S/SE of the island. It is about 15 mins from Pollonia. Remember that if you want to access the beaches of West Milos and some of the beaches in SE Milos that you will need to hire a 4WD vehicle because the roads lack tarmac. There are plenty of options open to you with a 2WD though. Oleander was a great choice for us on all measures
