The property was easily accessible by the nearby highway. It was a very clean and had all we needed. It was across from a public swimming park which would be good for families. It had a nice community pool on the complex and I felt safe.

Unit was nice, but some things needed improvement. Toilet in master bathroom was barely hanging on and occasionally leaked water on the floor. Seats on both toilets very loose. Cold air return vents appeared to need cleaning. Lamp switch and socket on bedside table in master bedroom extremely loose. Screen door on front entrance did not latch. While the unit and complex are enjoyable, some routine maintenance needs to be performed.

If you had called on the toilet, we would have taken care of it immediately. It was repaired the day after you vacated. Yes filters probably need changing. Cleaning person doesn't check that and I, the owner, don't get there ever time it's empty. Will follow up.

We enjoyed our stay with friends. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked except for running out of gas in the grill. The owner did accommodate and brought an extra tank. Some challenge with the self entry lock. Be aware that WiFi is not free.

Don't know what you are talking about. WI-FI IS FREE! WE pay $110.00 bucks per month to provide Cable TV and FREE Internet via Cox Communications. If you got an error reading, to that effect, it was something on you.

Lovely home, perfect location!

The home was as expected. Comfortable and well stocked in the kitchen. It was five minutes from my best friend’s home!! Couldn’t have been better. Easy check in. The condo was a little hard to find in the dark and a short distance from the parking stall but nothing we couldn’t handle. My daughter and I were in town for a wedding and this home was perfect for our needs.

Thanks for the 5-star review, always appreciated. Yes, I wish there was a better way to make it more noticeable in the dark. Put a string of lights on the wreath on the door? Have to figure out how to get power cord out there. And then, see how long before the HOA says something.

Chandler condo 2022

The condo complex is located in a convenient area near the freeway(s). It was very quiet and comfortable with well maintained grounds. Our condo was nice. It was near the pool area, which we enjoyed. Condo was nicely furnished with everything we needed and a well stocked kitchen. The master bedroom was really roomy, even with a king size bed. The hosts were easy to deal with and responsive. Instructions were clear so we didn’t have a lot of questions. The bathrooms could use some updates and the dining too chairs have see better days. I would rent here again.

Sure, we can remodel the master bathroom and get new dining chairs. Rent would go up then. Guest bath has new vanity, so would you suggest a a new toilet or change out the tub?
