Exceptional 4 Bedroom Vacation Home near Palmer Golf Course

This is a very nice upscale vacation home with recent remodel, updated interior, exterior, and landscaping. Private, clean, and quiet 4-bedroom home is a few blocks from the 4th hole of the Oasis Palmer Golf Course. This home has nice furnishings with leather sofas, comfortable king and queen beds. Large, furnished kitchen, private back yard with covered patio, BBQ and patio table. Garage to park your cars. Laundry room, and high-quality appliances.

This is a home, not a condo, with no one above, below, or sharing a wall with you. The home is very private, quiet and has no stairs. Kitchen also is stocked with spices and condiments, and everything you want in a kitchen.

Home has WiFi, large screen TV, DVD and Satellite TV. Purified water system. 2 King & 2 Queen beds in the 4 bedrooms. Relax and enjoy this home with all the comforts of a home, this is a fantastic way to travel.

Centrally located and close to 8 golf courses in Mesquite, just a 3-10 minute drive to each. I am an avid golfer, I have written a review of each golf course in Mesquite/St. George area, which can be emailed to you to help plan your golf trip. I can also provide you with local knowledge and conditions about the courses in Mesquite and St. George.

Need ideas of restaurants, and fun things to do in the Mesquite area? I love the outdoors and can offer a wide range of things to do and sites to see, if requested.

1-night rentals are okay if booking is within 7 days of stay. Weekend rentals require a 3-night minimum for Oct, Nov, Jan - May and Holidays. If one of the weekend nights is taken, then I may rent for 1-2 nights on a weekend if requested prior to arrival. Please send me a message prior to booking below minimum stay rules. Thank you!

Comfortable Home in a Quiet Foothills Neighborhood

Went on a NV golf trip with friends. Beds were large and comfortable, sheets and pillows were also comfortable. Dining area, patio, and couch for relaxing / hanging out was great. Overall, exactly as pictured, easy to find and check-in, no complaints.

Mesquite Invitational

We used the property while in town for a guys golf trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was in an ideal location with a great neighborhood. We would highly recommend it to accommodate 4 golfers.

The house was perfect. We had 4 adults, and 3 teen/pre teen kids, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with what we needed, check-in/check-out insteuctions were clear, and the house was just overall nice. Would def book here again.

The property is comfortable, well-equipped and in a nice location. Not a “luxury” property but with luxury-type appointments, including appliances, grill, kitchen ware, TV and other. Check in process could not have been smoother. Would definitely book again.

Great stay!

My son had a football tournament at the sports complex in mesquite and we wanted something close by (7 mins) This location was great! The house and beds were lovely and clean. We loved the master bath set up- we were able to put a pack in play in the closet but still use the master bath. Bret was very responsive with any needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house close to golf!

House was in great shape, clean and very spacious. Only downside was garage door was not working so we head to bring clubs inside every night. Not a big deal. Owner was having it repaired Otherwise awesome location, would stay agin !

Golf Trip

House is centrally located to various top golf courses. We put 4 guys in the house each with their own room. We had no issues sharing two bathrooms but we also know each other extremely well. Highly recommended for a golf get away.

Four seniors on a golf trip to Mesquite

Stayed at this house for seven days, late April, 2024. House was in a very quiet neighborhood. Ranch style, four bedrooms, nice kitchen, gas grill on patio, attached garage, TV had great cable for watching sports. The owner Bret, was awesome with communication. Bret provided discount cards for some of the local courses Oasis courses, Casablanca, Falcon Ridge, Wolf Creek, Conestoga, all within a ten minute drive from the house. If you are planning a golf trip to Mesquite, this is the house to stay in. Highly recommend this home, can't go wrong.

Why they chose this property

The home is set in beautiful Turtle Back Canyon, in a very nice quiet neighborhood. It is very close to everything in Mesquite. It is less than 10 minutes from 8 golf courses and many restaurants. Less than 5 minutes to 2 Casinos.

What makes this property unique

This is a home and not a condo; therefore, larger and more private. The home has been a dedicated vacation home since 2014 and is very clean, and well managed. The home furnishings are upscale, and the home is centrally located in Mesquite, and close to everything. It is in a very quiet, nice neighborhood.
