- living room, dining room and kitchen on the upper floor.
-3 bedrooms with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool on the lower floor.

The bright living room with designer furniture and tastefully decorated offers a large living area with Tv ( satellite channels and WiFi)and fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet complete this floor.
The balcony,where you can take your meals ,will offer you a clear view of the nature and it is with happiness that you will admire the sunset.
The bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.
2 bedrooms with king size beds including a master suite and a third bedroom with a single bed ( possibility of 2 beds.)
A second bathroom and a laundry room are also located on this lower floor.( a baby cot can be installed on request).

The garden bordered by a hedge of trees and bougainvillea invites you to relax.Afternoon swimming and barbecue evenings in a bucolic setting.

Lovely stay!

Clean and nice house with everything you need. Walking distance to the beach and small supermarket. Nice view from the balcony (sunset view). The pool is clean and refreshing. Very quick response from Paule, the owner, when we mailed some questions. We recommend this place and would love to come back some other time.

A wonderful find for a family summer break!

Everything about this Villa lived up to the expectations we had for a family break. The accommodations was to a high standard and very clean with great facilities & mod-cons. The location was perfect, a short walk to beaches, shops and restaurants and easy access to locations further afield with a car. Paule was amazing to correspond with and no questions or request was too much effort. Thank you!!! We highly recommend this villa if you are travelling with children, it makes for an exceptional family retreat.

Amazing villa

Just back from a wonderful holiday with the family at Paule's villa In Cala Mendia. The villa exceeded all expectations and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. It was clean, cool and spacious and the kids loved the pool. The location to the 3 beaches was perfect and you could walk to all of them easily and only a ten min bus ride into porto cristo too with all the restaurants and another beach. Adam and Wendy were supberb and made the checking in process super easy. Thank you! Hopefully we'll be back next year

Wonderful peaceful villa with gorgeous views.

We had a wonderful 12 night stay at this beautiful villa. Everything you need for a stay with the family. The children enjoyed the garden and beach toys ananof course the floats in rhe lovely pool. There is a spar supermarket down the street but it is very expensive. But there is a little shop next door to the spar that is cheaper but you will need to get a big shop from sa coma supermarket. The owner was very helpful and the check in was so easy. Having our morning coffee in rhe balcony looking at the hills was a real treat. Overall a beautiful property in a quiet area with a very helpful host..

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa, où l’on se sent tout de suite bien. Elle est très agréable à vivre, propre et très bien équipée.La literie est également de bonne qualité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine, ainsi que le petit jardin et le salon de jardin, parfaits pour profiter de l’extérieur.L’emplacement est idéal : en une dizaine de minutes à pied, on rejoint facilement de jolies petites criques. Il y a également 2 petites supérettes à proximité, très pratique lorsqu’il manque quelque chose.Bref, une maison très agréable, confortable et bien située, que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could need for cooking, including thoughtful extras like olive oil and spices. The pool was fantastic and the perfect place to cool off after a day of exploring. Communication with the host was excellent, Paule responded promptly to every question we had and was always helpful. We also really appreciated his kindness in allowing us to check in immediately upon arrival after our long overnight flight. It made a huge difference and was such a thoughtful gesture. We would happily stay here again!

Ein Haus zum Rundum-wohlfühlen ❤️

Die Villa ist sehr großzügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet- es hat wirklich an gar nichts gefehlt. Der Aussenbereich mit einem ausreichend großen Pool ist sehr gemütlich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht, schicken ausführliche Anreise- und Gerätebeschreibungen, so dass alles bestens geklappt hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nice weeks in Paules House

Es war super schön! Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und man hat in der Nähe alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Paule war super. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und auch jedesmal wieder Paules Haus mieten.

La casa es moderna y confortable. En todo momento la anfitriona estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades. La piscina tiene dos zonas de profundidad, una de 150 cms y la otra de algo más de 2 metros. Para mi tiene el tamaño perfecto. El interior es moderno y con todas las comodidades necesarias. La zona está muy bien, a escasos 5 minutos andando de la playa. Si que veo necesario coche para poder moverse a otras zonas, pero si no se tiene hay parada de taxis al lado. También hay autobús. En cuanto a la zona, es muy tranquila donde no se escucha ningún ruido por la noche. Sin duda para matrimonios con o sin hijos es una zona perfecta para disfrutar.

Wunderbar

Das Haus von Paule ist sehr modern und liebevoll gestaltet. Es gibt alles was man braucht um einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub geniessen zu können. Die Kommunikation ist toll und Rückfragen wurden schnellstens beantwortet. Der Check-in und out verlief problemlos. Die Umgebung ist perfekt mit schönen Buchten, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und man konnte den schönen Pool und die Terrasse sehr genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
