Location was amazing, right in the heart of St Germaine. Very easy to get to multiple bars, restaurants, cafes, train stations & it was right near the Notre Dame. Only thing I would complain about is the cleanliness, the shower & floors seemed like they had not been cleaned for a while. Would rate this a solid 4 out of 5. The location & views were amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was amazing, right inside a Passage with great restaurants and a perfect location. And yes, the apartment had an elevator which was quite old and rickety. The apartment building inside is a dump. While our apartment was just ok inside, the bed was a mattress in the floor and the sofa bed was about to fall apart.
