We loved this apartment. The location was wonderful and the apartment was just the right size for our family of six. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were extremely clean and kitchen was well appointed. The only issue was the noise from the bar below. The host was considerate to provide earplugs and they did the trick. It was definitely worth the small inconvenience of having to wear the earplugs to have such a lovely apartment in a great location.

Immaculate, Convenient, Close to shopping and Cafes, Excellent Communication by host. Perfect apartment for our family of 5 on our trip of a lifetime! (June 27-July 5) We were so grateful for this gem of a retreat with wonderful A/C during the heatwave of 2026! Laura was a phenomenal host and the location was excellent. We traveled quite a bit to see Parma, Venezia, Cinqueterra, Florence, but loved that this was our home base for our week in Italy. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Bologna Apartment

This apartment was perfect for out brief visit to Bologna. The layout was great for two couples and the cleanliness was superb. Within walking distance to historic sites, shopping, and great restaurants.

Beautiful spot in the perfect location

This apartment was perfect for my small group of adult family members. It's large, relaxing, and very centrally located. Perfectly clean, very peaceful and comfortable. Laura the host was wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend this rental to any small groups in Bologna. Truly a great experience.

The host was very responsive with questions. The apartment was so clean. It was perfect for our family of four, and could easily sleep more comfortably. The only hard part was the noise one evening with the bars close, but we all slept ok once we could ignore it. The host also had a jar of ear plugs if needed. The apartment was also very walkable to anything you would want to get to.

Close to everything

It was a nice apartment with room for everyone. The living areas were not very big, so it was difficult to be all in one room. But our stay was not very long so this was not a big issue.

Great location and amenities!

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Location was excellent … very close to major sites. Host left thoughtful amenities (paper products, guide books, restaurant recommendations) which enhanced our stay. The only negative was that the AC did not fully cool the apartment and without screens, we couldn’t leave the windows open.

Perfect in everyway!

This was our first trip to Bologna and we really enjoyed it. The apartment was so well placed for the centre and had everything we needed for our stay. Laura was brilliant with her communication. Everything was spotless and there was plenty of room. I use VRBO regularly and this will rate as one of the best experiences I have had.

Perfect stay in Bologna

We stopped in Bologna for a few nights. Our apartment choice was a revelation. Clean & spacious and perfectly located. Comfortable beds and great styling. Close to the centre and markets and amazing food. The manager was very responsive with great restaurant suggestions and there were guidebooks and sweet treats ready for when we arrived. As a family of 5 we couldn’t have found a better place. Thanks so much.

Great apartment in very good location for exploring the city centre

This apartment has everything you could need for a perfect city break. The host was great with contact before-hand and there to meet us on arrival with keys and more details. Good living area and bedrooms with great kitchen and bathrooms. Everything looks fairly new and to a good standard. The bed linen and mattress were at a very good quality for a good night sleep. Bologna is a fantastic city, with so much to do, a real must place to visit!

Perfect for a Week in Bologna

This was the perfect place from which to explore central Bologna and also Modena, Parma, etc. (because of access to the train station). The apartment was spacious, clean, air-conditioned and well-maintained, with easy access to groceries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and having a washer was great. Close to taxi stand and bus stops. Laura was a great host. Only serving bowls and a few more sharp knives could have improved this great place.

No there was a bar below my bed, extremely loud!! People screaming at the top of lungs as if they were fighting or something. Went on to 3:00 in the morning. I suggest not to stay here if you need to sleep! No refund.
