We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay, especially with the heating and air system, TV, toilet, and other maintenance items. We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter these issues during a short weekend trip and we appreciate your patience while those repairs were completed. Regarding the coffee maker, the unit is equipped with a single-serve machine; however, we will recommend that the owner consider adding a conventional coffee maker as well as reviewing the other updates you mentioned.
