Situated on 145-acres and boasting of over 12 acres of freshwater lakes are surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and mature live oaks with lots of walking trails. Kingston Plantation has 1/2-mile of wide, white sand beaches, restaurants, beach bars, Starbucks coffee shop, and ocean front restaurants. Dining options include The Coastal Grill, Cafe' Amalfi, Vintage Twelve and Intermission (featuring Starbucks Coffee) Our guests will not have access to the pools nor waterpark at the Embassy Suites or Hilton. You will be able to patronize all the cafes, poolside bars and restaurants though! The spa and fitness center is open to the public, but is not included with your rental. You can however for a fee go to Spa 33 that offers a full menu of spa services and hair salon. The workout center at Kingston Plantation is called 78Fitness. It features cardio and strength-training equipment, and offers personalized training plans and fitness classes and pickle ball and tennis courts (for a fee)

A new addition to Kingston is the Black Drum Brew house opened in 2022 is a 2 story open air brewery located on the grounds at Kinston Plantation, It is the newest restaurant at Kingston Resorts and showcases the best local fare in a comfortable setting. All 40 beers on tap come from the states of North and South Carolina and the entire menu is Carolina born and brewed.
