Single storey house, 80 m² for eight people. Composed of a large living room of 40m², two bedrooms for two people with twin beds, but with three beds in 90 (for children) and a sofa bed for one / two people in the living room. Complete equipment in the dishwasher. There are two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower) both equipped with a toilet; a washing machine is also available. The shaded patio is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The villa is located 100m walk from a sandy beach.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison de ville proche de toutes commodités.Pour moi à améliorer :- le nécessaire à laisser pour les arrivées tardives : éponge liquide vaisselle savon sel poivre...Il y a néanmoins de quoi aspirer et faire le ménage.- une porte fenêtre ne ferme pas à clé donc pas forcément sécure pour les enfants petits (il y a un volet par contre)- il manquerait une petite clim pour les chambres car chaud malgré les ventilosLes plus :- très bien situé : possibilité de tout faire à pied ! Restaurants sympas à 2 pas (l'émeraude )Il y a une plage de sable à 5 min à pied- accueil très sympathique et ménage IMPECCABLE - très bien equipé pour cuisiner - terrasse très sympa fermée pour les enfants très agréable pour manger dehorsNous n'avons pas trouvé le bruit dérangeant car c'est aussi un compromis à faire par rapport à la localisation c'est très supportable honnêtement même en dormant fenêtres ouvertesNous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Vacances superbe

Nous sommes venus en famille pour 3 semaines et nous avons passée de superbe et merveilleuse vacances la maison est vraiment superbe avec tous les équipements qu il faut tres spacieuse et les 2 salles de bains sont vraiment un plus ,proche des commerces et les enfants ont apprécier la proximite de la plage a quelques pas!! nous recommandons vivement cettte maison pour ceux n aiment pas prendre leur voiture car tout est a côté!! un grand merci a Mr Choukroun pour ces conseils ainsi qu'à la femme de menage qui nous a tres bien accueilli. pllageplage

Belle maisonnette tout confort

Une petite maison avec un intérieur très bien aménagé. Cependant bruyante, passage des piétons allant à la plage et point de collecte des déchets trop proche. Difficulté de stationnement et pas de climatisation.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Wir konnten uns zudem unkompliziert auf deutsch verständigen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir hatten mit 3 Kindern genügend Platz. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sommerurlaub 2023

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Saint-Aygulf. Die Strände, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist mit allem erforderlichen ausgestattet. Bei der Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern war Herr Choukroun kurzfristig behilflich. Wir können das Haus "Lou Mazet Mireio" uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Jörg & Familie

Chouette maison plain pieds au cœur du front de mer de St Aygulf

Très jolie maison. Belle terrasse. Excellent emplacement. Maison très bien équipée avec 2 sdb/toilettes ce qui est appréciable. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour avec un propriétaire à l’écoute avec beaucoup de sollicitude, et une gestionnaire immobilière tres serviable.

Zentral und gemütlich

Wir erlebten 2 wunderbare Wochen in dem Haus. Es ist gut eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert. Zu Fuss ist alles erreichbar, das Meer, Sand-und Steinstrand, der Markt und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
