Points positifs : Appartement très joli, agréable et bien situé, on arrive aux premiers commerces et remontées mécaniques après 7-8 minutes à pied sur le chemin en contrebas. La vue est superbe, on a le soleil le matin et en fin d'après-midi (été). La terrasse est grande.Points à améliorer : - La communication en amont. Il faut savoir que c'est une association (je ne peux pas mettre son nom en ligne) qui gère les clés et qui propose le ménage de fin de séjour pour 60. Nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'avoir des lits faits à l'arrivée (erreur en notre faveur ?), nous avons pris nos draps pour rien. - La cuisine est à rafraîchir : plaques vitrocéramiques à grande inertie, pas de plan de travail. - Certains aménagements des pièces pourraient être optimisés pour gagner en place et en praticité (porte manteau dans les toilettes, machine à laver accessible par la chambre des enfants, rideau de la salle de douche qui ne cache rien et qui oblige à fermer le volet, portes que l'on ne peut ouvrir qu'à moitié sinon elles cognent contre les meubles.- Déception : les chaises de la terrasse étaient cassées ou près de l'être, elles n'ont été remplacées que le jour de notre départ !

Appartement très bien situé au pied des pistes et avec un accès rapide au centre ville- bien équipé - le ménage est fait grossièrement - le bémol est la taille des chambres et la literie - lit double à changer et bruits importants sur un des deux lits Jumeaux de la chambre Juste en se tournant- sonore côté voisinage -

Pas bcq de neige en février 2024 quel dommage Appartement correct mais effectivement les chambres sont très très petites une personne en surpoids ne passe pas La literie en 140 est a changer au plus vite matelas avec un creux au milieu impossible de faire une nuit complète sans douleur le matin Pas d appareil a fondue ! Que des grandes poêles aucune pour deux personnes

Bel appartement au pied des pistes

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement conforme à nos attentes. Il est accessible à pied du village et il y a également une navette à 50m. Possibilité d'accès au domaine skiable via la piste bleue qui passe au pied du chalet. Niveau équipements, c'est entièrement satisfaisant même si nous aurions apprécié avoir une connexion wifi. En outre, les lits sont un peu petits (longueur & largeur) pour des adultes. Ce sont les seules remarques négatives.

Schöne Wohnung, mit guter Ausstattung und Lage direkt an der Piste. Geräumige Küche und schönes Wohnzimmer. W-Lan wäre nicht schlecht, sonst alles gut.

Bonne location en general.

Appartement correct pour grand maximum 6 personnes,dont 2 enfants... tres belle vue mais pas tres ensoleillé vu l orientation. Tres petites chambres (7m2). Tres difficile d y circuler! Nous avons été reçus sur place par une agence. On est donc dépendant des heures d ouverture de celle ci. Il manquait des draps sur un lit à notre arrivee , heureusement avant l heure de fermeture de l agence...le probleme a donc pu être, en partie, resolu ...avec notre intervention. Appartement bien équipé. Magnifique region.

Un très bon séjour

Très bel appartement conforme à la description. Chambres un peu petites mais ensemble très fonctionnel. Très bien situé pour se rendre au cœur du village à pied. Peut-être mettre un film occultant surcla fenêtre de la salle d'eau pour éviter le vis-à-vis. Région parfaite pour de belles randonnées. Bref, tout pour rendre les vacances agréables

agréable appartement au top

appartement très confortable avec ses 3petites mais confortables chambres. Deux salles de bain et wc séparés. Belle pièce à vivre avec coin cuisine bien équipée et salle à manger avec vues sur les montagnes.. Joli balcon. Propreté irréprochable. Endroit calme. Tout pout passer un agréable séjour. Un bon choix

Appartement bien situé, au calme, avec une vue sur La Clusaz et les Aravis enchanteresse. Correspond tout à fait à la description, chambres un peu petites mais pièce à vivre spacieuse et bien équipée. Un accès wifi serait un plus appréciable.

Séjour sportif

Malgré un problème non résolu toute la semaine pour faire fonctionner la TV, le séjour s'est bien passé dans cette location qui comprend toutes les commodités. L'accès à pied au centre ville est appréciable tout comme l'accès aux randonnées et circuits de VTT.

Appartement spacieux et agréable et bien situé.Petit bémol, la télé ne fonctionnait pas malgré l'intervention du réparateur. Dommage par ce mauvais temps du 10 au 17/07/21.

Séjour écourté par le COVID19...

Nous sommes arrivés samedi soir à la Clusaz et la décision a été prise de fermer la station dimanche matin pour respecter les décisions gouvernementales liées au COVID19. Nous sommes donc partis mardi matin pour être de retour à la maison pour le confinement. Je remercie vivement le propriétaire qui a été très compréhensif et solidaire et nous a remboursé la location au prorata du temps passé.

Très bon séjour Nouvel An 2020

L'appartement est très agréable, très bien agencé et assez spacieux pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Une piste bleue passe juste au pied et permet de rejoindre la remontée principale de Champs Giguet.

Peace and quiet

Lovely little apartment with all that you need for a peaceful summer break. Great views over the mountains and within easy walking reach of the beautiful town. Had always rated Villars sur Ollon in the Swiss alps as my favourite summer location but this is my new fave (although not cheap - blame the exchange rate). Only issue is that to get anywhere you need a decent amount of time to get 'out'. However in terms of away from it all, but within easy reach of Annecy couldn't fault it.

Great little chalet - fabulous for the price

We had a lovely stay at the chalet it is situated directly on the bottom of L'Envers blue run and it is great fun to ski in and ski out. The chalet itself is a little difficult to find especially when arriving in the dark during a snow storm. It is actually number 1480 but we were not given this number by the agents Association des meubles. However Association de Meubles were excellent in every other respect and replied to every email as did the owner and even offered to give us the code to the letter box if we were unable to arrive before 7PM to retrieve the keys. We were actually planning to eat out every night but having discovered the excellent kitchen facilities we decided to cook some meals in the apartment . It is about 1Km to the village centre by road(20 mins) which is how we walked down the first evening however when in Rome do as the Romans do and simply walk down the blue run and it is less than 10 minutes. La Clusaz is a lovely French style resort and the village centre is very attractive. There are loads of restaurants to choose from and a number of bars. The people were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The skiing itself is good for beginners/intermediates as in the Manigod area and has some more challenging terrain the other side in La Balme and with the Aravis pass you can the bus to Le Grand Bornand and ski there also. The bus stop is basically at the bottom of the blue run. Are favourite location on the Mountain was called Snack Bar. This is situated just before the L'Envers run which takes you home. This was very reasonably priced, excellent food and the people running it were great. A great place for a beer to finish the day also. We will definitely return..
