Lovely Property

This is a beautiful property. Would definitely stay there again. Well appointed and well located in the St Regis complex. Easy beach access, elevator building and great communication with property management.

wonderful stay in Bahia Beach Resort

We stayed 4 nights recently. Beautiful property. Modern clean villa. Easy check in and check out process. Recommend renting a golf cart and a rental car to see the surrounding area. Did some nice hiking and snorkeling. Limited dining options on property, but many places close by.

Our family had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa in the Four Seasons Resort and Residences community. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. Arturo is an exceptional host who made us feel welcome from the start. He was always quick to respond to our questions and clearly takes great pride in maintaining this home. Every detail reflected the care and attention he puts into the property.The villa was spotless, spacious, beautifully furnished, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation. Its location was perfect. Just a 5-minute golf cart ride to both the beach and the Four Seasons Hotel. We also enjoyed access to the nearby gym and pool through the daily resort fee, which added even more value to our stay.After exploring Puerto Rico each day, it was wonderful to return to such a peaceful and comfortable home. This was easily one of the best vacation rentals we've ever experienced. Arturo's hospitality, responsiveness, and commitment to providing a first-class experience truly made our trip special. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Puerto Rico and would gladly stay here again. Thank you, Arturo, for helping create such unforgettable family memories!

Absolutely stunning...

Amazing experience and exceeded our expectations. The property was clean, well appointed and met all of our needs as a family of 5. Beautiful resort and amenities were well used. Our concierge, Ley, was so thoughtful and always there to support us, even surprised us with hot bread and donuts.

Beautiful well appointed large villa

The villa is beautiful and has all the amenities you would want. The picture online looks like it is on the water but it is on the golf course (nice view). You definitely need a golf cart to get around. Arturo, the property manager, is very helpful and responsive.

Not a reall 4 bedroom villa

The villa at the St Regis was beautiful and clean. However, although it is listed as a 4 bedroom villa, which we paid up for, it is not. The 4rth bedroom is a den with a king sized pullout couch which does not have a usable mattress in it which we discovered at 8pm that night when we tried to make the bed. Arturo, the propert owner/manager was very unhelpful. After not responding for a while, and forcing us to contact VRBO who was able to contact him, we were told that Arturo told them that he was too far to come back, and we would just have to bunk up for the night, and he would deliver a mattress the next afternoon. His house staff did deliver something the next day, it was 2 fold up mattress pads that was put in side by side to make an extremely uncomfortable bed. In general, we found Arturo to be rigid and very unhelpful, as opposed to a few of our friends who rented other villas nearby who had wonderful experiences with their hosts. He put a damper on our vacation. I would never rent a property from him again.

I pray he/she can have the same degree of tolerance and patience that I was blessed to have during your 5-night stay. Surely God is great and perhaps you - one day - acquire a tad bit more acceptance to the hiccups that occur in this world; without having to create drama and critique unfairly and with a lack of honesty. I for one, need guests like yourself to help sharpen my skillset with those "people" out there in this world that simply find comfort playing the part of victim. God bless you and your family Esther.

December in Puerto Rico

Amazing condo, even better than pictures. Plenty of room for our family of five and a beautiful balcony with a grill overlooking the golf course. Walkable to the beach (10-15min) or the pool steps from the building. The kids loved the lagoon are where you could paddle board, kayak or play on the water slides. Even though it was Christmas week it was not crowded and felt like we had the lagoon to ourselves. Having a golf cart was great to get around as well. Arturo and his team went out of their way to take care of us after a health issue restricted us to the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

It was cool

I wish I was able to really enjoy the property as intended but Covid put a damper on our stay. I got married in the villa but due to Covid we couldn’t have a chef, a photographer, a officiant and makeup artist. I was sad about that as a bride and Arturo emphasized the rules. All and all, my groom made my stay perfect. Beautiful property and Arturo is strict on his guidelines but mean well.

Great Property Awful Owner

My family and I rented 3 properties at The St. Regis Bahia Beach, The resort, the resort staff and the facilities are spectacular. We had a great experience with the other owners of the properties we rented but Arturo of of Calypso Villas was extremely annoying, unhelpful, made check in and check out very stressful and I was totally rude throughout our stay. The other two owners of the condos we rented could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Arturo actually expects you to strip the beds and clean the condo and wash the towels this is a vacation. I thought that was included in the rental price none of the other owners requested that and the other owners made the check in and check out seemless. Go to the St. Regis just dont rent from Arturo.

Alice's review is completely unwarranted and spiteful. My company and I have hosted over than 500 guests and received 200 five star reviews with continuously growing list of returning happy customers. Alice was simply asked to follow rules of the resort, adhere to maximum occupancy per villa (bylaws of the resort), pick up and pay for her daily resort passes (announced in our policy) and adhere to check out time. Each request was met with resentfulness and sarcasm. I was called twice by concierge office asking to correct my guest's behavior. Before check out we kindly asked Alice and all other guests to take out the garbage, place used towels in the laundry room, turn off AC and lights. It is considered to be a customary request from the owner and certainly appreciated when guests follow it. No one but her took this request as asking to clean the villa. VRBO is currently reviewing our correspondence with the guest to make their judgement call.

Simply outstanding!

If you want to luxury, relax on beac with a little cocktail this is the place for you. The villas is one of best villas I've stayed in since I've started using Homeaway 6 years ago. Arturo our host was the BEST!!! very attentive with lots of great recommendations and goodies. We will definitely come back...soon
