Nestled in the heart of the Village of Oak Creek under a mile from iconic Cathedral Rock and Courthouse Butte hikes, this quiet 2 bedroom condo is a peaceful retreat at the end of a long day of hiking, golfing, skiing, or biking! One of the two largest condos in the complex, it is spacious enough to include a full dining table. We’re well equipped for your culinary needs, be it cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, or dining in one of the many new restaurants, coffee shops, or ice cream shops all within walking distance. Relax by the pool with a margarita, kick back and watch TV, no matter how you do Sedona, you’ll love it here!

We use this property for our personal vacations as well, so we’ve taken steps to ensure your stay is every bit as enjoyable as our own, including:

Return the Red Rock parking pass, AmpUp EV charging card, and laundry key to the front door area.
If you used the pull-out bed, please strip the linens.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Be respectful of neighbors and observe the community quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
No Pets Allowed. A $200 cleaning fee applies to any animals.
Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the property, with the exception of a smoking area located behind Unit #106.

Located close to shopping and restraunts. Provided a great location for the Sedona portion of our family vacation to AZ. Plenty of space for a family of 6 to sleep and enjoy breakfast and dinner. Laundry was an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

Dave is an outstanding host. Extremely quick to respond…the quickest host I have ever had to handle any question. The place was over the top Clem and anything we could have wanted was on site. Loved it and will be back.

The condo was comfortable, clean, and in a nice area. Well equipped. Only drawback is that if it is a busy time in Uptown Sedona it will take a good hour of travel time from the condo. Oak Creek had nice restaurants, was close to good hiking trails. Only suggestion is that the front door have an inside lock for when the condo is occupied. The cleaning people made a mistake and walked in on us while we were in the condo.

The condo was exactly as described — clean, updated kitchen, comfy beds, absolutely perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Great location of being close enough to Sedona but also away from all the hustle and bustle of the city center area. Everything we needed was close by — groceries, COFFEE every morning and even one of the hikes we had planned (Bell Rock) was just a short drive away. Reached out to the owners once and they responded within minutes so fantastic communication! Very pleased with our stay!!

My wife Julie and I chose Sedona for our second home (when we’re not freezing to death in Wisconsin!), and we’re delighted to share our town with you! We enjoy interacting and learning from our guests, and love introducing them to the joys Sedona has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Sedona has been called “the most beautiful place on Earth” and for good reason. The red rock formations found throughout Sedona offer something for everyone: a tranquil place to reflect, beautiful hiking, world-class mountain biking, and challenging rock climbing. Sedona is so close to my heart that I even wrote and published a travel guide to the area!
We chose the Village of Oak Creek section of Sedona because it offers all the amenities of Uptown and West Sedona, but without the traffic jams & crowds. It is a peaceful, quiet area where often the only noise you hear as you’re falling asleep is the howling of coyotes. At the same time, the Village boasts art galleries, shopping, a plethora of restaurants, bars, wine tasting, groceries, and much more.

What makes this property unique

The home is ideally located and has a host of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a pool, outdoor deck seating, and smart TVs. It’s my approach to hosting that really sets it apart though. After all, there are many great homes, but great hosts are much harder to find. My goal is to provide a home that is always cozy and convenient. You’ll find a kitchen stocked with more dishes, pots, and gadgets than you’ll ever need, dimmable lighting throughout, and plenty of extras that most hosts don’t provide: a cooler, headlamps, free EV charging, bike pump, and a Red Rock parking pass for free trailhead parking in the area. I’m also always available to answer any questions you have, either about the condo or the area in general, and always respond as quickly as possible. I love introducing guests to this beautiful area and want their stay to be as wonderful and memorable as possible.
